An absolute scam, false advertising as the rooms are nothing like shown. I wouldn’t even call it a one star hotel. Our room had exposed wires in the ceiling, missing floor and a toilet our 10 year old couldn’t even fit in. I tried to speak to a manager twice but never available. I felt sorry for the staff as they obviously knew how bad it was when I spoke to them. The hotel even has condescending posters up around the building about what to do if you have a complaint. Restaurant food is cooked off site and served in glass jars where it has been warmed up. Avoid at all costs and don’t be deceived by photos that are not accurate.

This hotel / chalet hotel is a scam, they entice you to stay with fairly low prices for their chalets and then request 350 euro deposits on arrival on top of the per night fee. This amount is then held on your card and it took 14 days for it to be released after multiple emails and calls. Then after 16 days they removed the 350 euros again and refused to give it back for no reason. They have since stopped replying to emails, they refuse to discuss on calls and their latest response was basically 'just call the police'. I have had to go through my bank and report them as fraudulent as well as report them to *********** just to get my money back. Never stay here, despite any good reviews, they are just are a bunch of scam artists.

We booked this with *********** last minute after a long drive from Italy. It was raining when we arrived but even so that could not be responsible for the appalling place we found. We were given a room in the annexe which was cold, uninviting, smelly and dark. The bathroom looked grubby and the separate toilet was so small you could only just stand in it. The carpets were stained and there was no heating on. When we complained we were offered a room in the main hotel but that was no better. The dark bar area and orange walls of the upstairs may be regarded as quirky but to us the whole place lacked care and attention and was totally depressing. Despite having a non refundable booking we left rather than spend the night in such an aweful place.

Endroit digne d’un relais du silence. Calme absolu et un endroit en pleine nature pour les amoureux de campagne, verdure. Un accueil extrêmement sympathique, un grand bravo à tout le personnel que ce soit l’accueil à la réception jusqu’aux services du petite déjeuner, restaurant le soir avec les recommandations de Omer, nous avons adoré et nous reviendrons car Moulins est notre destination deux fois par an. Nos amis ont été informés pour venir aussi chez vous. L’hôtel est charmant avec ses chambres personnalisées qui donne une atmosphère de maison de famille. Le parc, la piscine et le lac apportent des lieux pour se détendre. Le restaurant propose de très bons plats sous forme de traiteur au choix végétarien et spécialité française. La terrasse du restaurant donne sur la piscine et au loin un aperçu sur le lac, dans l’ombre des grands arbres. Beaucoup de romantisme. Nous recommandons à tous de découvrir cette pépite tout près de Moulins. Merci de votre accueil et de nous avoir reçu comme des rois.

Emplacement (notre GPS n'a pas reconnu l'adresse) de rêve, au vert et au calme. Maintes opportunités d'être logé y compris avec des enfants. Découverte d'une cuisine à la mesure du Chalet. Un tout grand MERCI et BRAVO à la jeune employée, modèle d'adaptation, d'efficacité et de gentillesse, seule pour nous réceptionner et nous servir le dîner.
