房間乾淨整潔，設施完善，早餐豐富，完爆隔壁的Golden Tulip，在酒店裡你完全想象不到是在一個LDC國家。

酒店旁邊就是地標，沙灘也不遠

非常喜歡的酒店

離機場近，園內對面就是ibis ，同一個旗下 早上餐廳可見和房間可見景還不錯！但他們的刷卡機不太好用，記得備點現金！除了服務員，其他人基本講法語，需要排車逛100美金僱一個會講英語的很好用！離一個旅遊廣場也近！機場有車（也會掛ibis）回酒店，10分鐘以內！

Nice hotel, amazing stay. I ate beninese food, you know it was so good and the personnal has the sens of hospitality. I recommend 100% the hotel.

We booked a three-day training session for a team of 12 at Novotel in Benin, including accommodation for my support team of three. While the overall experience was satisfactory, there was a frustrating issue with the hotel’s fitness facilities that business travelers should be aware of. For fitness enthusiasts, particularly those with an early morning workout routine, this hotel may not be the best choice. The fitness center opens at 7am and I am not certain what time the pool opens! The timing seems to depend on whenever the pool maintenance man finishes his duties—rather than a clear, guest-friendly schedule. As a business executive with a tight itinerary, I found this quite inconvenient. Despite inquiries, the reception staff and the pool attendant gave conflicting information, making it impossible to plan accordingly. I would have expected a hotel of this caliber to accommodate its guests’ needs rather than requiring guests to adjust to the hotel’s operational preferences. If you have a flexible schedule, this may not be a dealbreaker, but for those who rely on an 6am early morning workout, it’s something to consider before booking.

We really enjoyed our stay there, as the grounds were well manicured, and the staff was warm and welcoming. The beds were very small, though (twin beds), and the AC didn't work too well. The bathroom is also strange, as the bed sits next to the sink with no privacy. The pool area is very nice, and the pool and bar staff are very attentive. Christopher from the bar made us taste some of the local liquors and was very professional. The food was absolutely delicious, as the seafood pasta was creamy and cooked perfectly!

I visited Novotel with my family, and while the ambiance was lovely, it was the food that absolutely stole the show. From the very first bite, we knew we were in for something special. Every dish we tried was a beautiful balance of flavor, freshness, and presentation. The meals were thoughtfully crafted, with rich tastes that showed off both local and international influences. I couldn’t quite remember the name, but I had one of their vegetarian specials, and it was a wonderful, mouth-watering experience. The flavors were so rich and satisfying, it didn’t even feel like a “meat-free” option, it was just delicious, period.

The hotel was great! The staff were welcoming and supportive even though we didn’t speak French. We came with 12 team members from the US and we all had a great experience. Highly recommend. It s close to the beach, restaurants, bars and other local attractions.
