What a super resort this is. The plentiful staff work so hard and always have a cheery smile and couldn't be more helpful. The food is amazing and suits all appetites. The layout of the sunbeds around the pool give you plenty of personal space either in the sunshine or shaded palm tree areas and the hotel is located on the beach. The facilities in the bedroom, which include coffee making machine, daily replenished fridge plus fresh towels daily. The pillows on the very large double bed and like sleeping on a heavenly cloud (I will be enquiring how to purchase them for my home). Overall I have been nothing but praise for this hotel. If pushed on something that could be improved about this hotel would be the sound system for the evening entertainment, when the artist spoke it was just muffle to me but the entertainment was still excellent.

Sat here now in the Ginger bar writing this review.I cannot express enough how the staff make this hotel soooo perfect.I have never felt sooo relaxed on a holiday The ambience of the hotel reminds me of a spa hotel, very chilled and tranquil.There are several options for food, so we could never get bored.Drinks are amazing,rooms are very very clean.Nothing is tooo much trouble.Entertainment can be a little hit and miss but that is due to personal preference and no reflection on the hotel.I did a meditation class and oh my goodness ,I felt soooo relaxed.Our last day tomorrow and I dont want to go home Will I return?I definantly will.This hotel deserves 10 Stars !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment we arrived and had our super welcome package as Circle by Melia members we have been thoroughly spoilt. We’ve used Melia hotels over many years and now in our second year of Circle membership are more than happy with the service we receive. This time around, we didn’t opt for Reserve yet still found every single member of staff helpful and polite. Our Circle rep, Georgia was so welcoming, she booked all of our restaurant reservations for the week, at the times we asked, with no problem. Lunch in La Graciosa was a delight, with chance to try lots of seafoods, loved the crispy eel and the fish was beautiful. My husband isn’t a fish fan but enjoyed the chicken and pork options. Staff advised on wine choices and local restaurants too! No booking needed for lunch so make the most of a casual walk in! We had a candlelit dinner outside the Samira restaurant, overlooking the bay and so peaceful, again staff were faultless… we felt so special! Highly recommend the Italian restaurant, Capella, with mussels and sea bream that just melts your mouth! All in all an amazingly restful week where we really feel part of the family. We’re making the most of our Circle membership and benefitting from cheaper holidays with top class service, Salinas we’ll be back next year!

A fantastic hotel. Everything was wonderful, beautiful room, staff that could not do enough for you and great food and hospitality. This is up there with some of the best 5 star hotels we have stayed in. The ponds built into the middle of the hotel and the salt water pool are lovely and I was obsessed with the turtle that lives in the pond. Great for wellbeing facilities and private use of the spa. We had a lovely time and may well return.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, always so willing to help and with a smile on their face so welcoming. The hotel was beautifuly decorated, with amazing greenery in the lower floor with areas telling you about the history of the hotel. Food and drink were plentiful. Pool was outstanding with water pilates everyday. Good evening entertainment, fantastic singer accompanied by the grand piano. An amazing week, wishing we were still there now.

A truly relaxing and high-quality stay. The hotel has a calm, stylish vibe, outstanding food, and staff who go above and beyond, it’s one of those places where you feel looked after from the moment you arrive. The food and drinks were a highlight. The buffet was always fresh and varied, with plenty of choice so it never felt repetitive. The à la carte restaurants were equally impressive, the Italian was excellent, and La Graciosa had a beautiful setting with a lovely, authentic atmosphere. Bars were wonderful, from the pool bar to the 24 hour Ginger bar. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. The minibar was restocked daily with drinks and snacks. Cleanliness was faultless. Maintenance and pool teams worked quietly in the background, keeping everything immaculate without ever being intrusive. What really stood out though was the staff. From housekeeping to the bars and restaurants, everyone was friendly, respectful and genuinely helpful. A special mention to Carols and the entertainment team, who struck the perfect balance, welcoming and engaging without pressure to join in. There was always someone available if you needed anything, even a 3am club sandwich! The evening entertainment wasn’t quite our style, but there were plenty of guests who clearly enjoyed it. Plenty of space around the pool and outdoor areas added to the relaxed atmosphere, and it never felt overcrowded. Overall, this is a hotel that gets the balance exactly right: luxury, warmth and relaxation in one. Highly recommended.
