HD 비치 리조트

Arrived Thursday 10th April @ 9.00pm, great reception guy, told us eat first, leave our cases and come back to check in or we would miss dinner. Friday morning checked the events board, first thing listed was a hike up a volcano. 10 minutes later I was on the hike, Laszlo the guide made sure everyone had a drink, giving me a bottle of water. I would recommend the hike, just over 4.5 miles, very well guided by Laszlo, who made sure everyone was ok as they climbed up and down. Fantastic views from the top. Next day flooded out and had to leave.

This was our second visit to the hotel , we came here on the 6th January 2025 and again on the 19th March, We were , so impressed with the food , activities which were offered, the entertainment cleanliness , the amazing staff throughout , friendly and helpful at all times ! We also met other couples who were on their second visit since January whom we met ! We all loved this hotel ! The resident Cat who was also a star !

Very much enjoyed our stay here. We were upgraded so that was an added bonus, room was very nice, big comfy bed, lovely big sun beds on our private balcony and great bathroom/shower. Food was very good, so much choice, drinks and entertainment was great. Would definitely recommend. Staff were extremely friendly, special shout out to Emiles in the restaurant.

Chose this 4 day package at a really good price, but on a b&b basis, whereas most were all inclusive. Hotel on Playa de Charcos at the northern end of the resort. Not suitable for swimming as rocky, but a short walk to the lovely stretch of yellow sand of Playa des Cucharas. Hotel offers free yoga sessions etc but spa etc are extras. 2 pools on 1st floor. Disappointments were the "suite" of bedroom with 2 beds and a wardrobe and tiny frosted internal window.Living area had large sofa bed, lamp. tv and knocked about desk and overheating fridge. No coffee table or table except a tatty one on balcony. Very confusing layout, not enough lifts and looks like a prison with metal bars everywhere. Got lost trying to escape! Breakfast adequate, didn't do all inclusive. Luckily a very professional carnival week was in the town as Hotel evening entertainment didn't look like our sort of thing.

Great holiday. From arriving to leaving everything went smoothly. TUI had given me a private taxi so from landing to arriving at HD Beach Resort only took 40 mins. TUI rep at hotel, Marie, was extremely friendly and helpful. All the staff at the hotel were also so friendly and helpful, nothing was any bother for them. The hotel is getting a refurb so obviously some things are a little bit dated, but I would still go back as is. I stayed in room 251 which was a really nice room, it looked out the back of the hotel. Great shower and very comfortable bed. I was all inclusive and there was still a really good selection of drinks. The food was also good, something for everyone. Plenty of sun loungers. I was there from 25th January and we had a couple of cloudy days, but still had a great time. Would definitely return

On arrival we were impressed with the reception area and lovely cava on arrival. You have to pay for safety deposit box and towels. Room was in dyer need of renovation. Furniture inside and on patio was bad. Cleaner washed out dirty glasses to use again
