비탈클라스 란사롯 리조트(Vitalclass Lanzarote Resort)

Myself and 2 friends visited for 3 nights. We stayed in room 6101. We had a lovely room! Lots of wardrobe space. Sun on the balcony pretty much all day. All the food we ate was cooked to perfection. I am a vegetarian but there was loads of choice for me. I did hear one family moaning about the breakfast but I really don't know what more they could want other than the pastries, fresh bread, 8 different cereals, sausages, bacon, 3 different types of eggs, grilled tomatoes, beans, potatoes, lots of different fruits, yoghurt, cheese and cold meats...and that's just breakfast! You are given a towel voucher for your use for the sunbeds. People are up mega early to reserve their bed which is annoying. We used the jacuzzi in the spa which was great. Fully equipped gym. Entertainment not the best but we weren't out late anyway. The hotel was busy so the dinner was done in 2 sittings, 730-830 and 830-930. All staff friendly apart from the young dark haired girl at the pool bar. Queues of people and she would just stand there finishing a conversation with a colleague blatantly knowing you are waiting. We had a late flight so used the showers in the gym to wash before the flight. Be aware that the all inclusive cannot be used once you have checked out at 12 noon. Very odd and first all inclusive I have stayed in that do this!! We didn't leave until 6pm so filled up before check out. There is also no food between breakfast finishing at 1030 and lunch starting at 1. And between 5 and 730. Not a problem for us but if you have kids then worth getting some crisps in. All in all we loved it and would definitely come back. Oh and the chocolate fountain on two of the evenings was pretty special. The attached pic is from our balcony.

We had a lovely stay at Vitalclass from May 24th - May 31st! We stayed in Room 3201 which was a jacuzzi suite and WOW! The room wasn’t a room at all, it was a full size, fully equipped apartment with a huge balcony you could have had a party on (obviously we wouldn’t have lol!) the jacuzzi reached 30 degrees and was a really lovely experience! I emailed the hotel prior to our stay and mentioned that we’d be travelling with our son who has autism and we don’t get to spent much time around the pool as it’s just too noisy for him, I asked that we have a nice big balcony so we’re able to enjoy the sun while keeping our boy happy, we wasn’t disappointed!! The food was great, we did have a few eveings where it wasn’t to our taste but that isn’t the hotels fault, mearly our fussiness! Breakfast was superb and we looked forward to it each day. We always had hot water at any time of the day and the bathrooms truly are exceptional! Beds were super comfy, I’m sure our bed was a super king size, my husband seemed miles away from me! There is a small but well equipped shop just over the road in the opposite hotel which you’re able to use, perfect to stock up on essentials! We didn’t walk into town as this would be too much for our son but we were well aware of the distance at the time of booking, we had no trouble getting taxis to and from the hotel at a cost of around €4 each way. Overall, we had one of the best holidays we’ve had in Lanzarote (we come every year) and will certainly be returning next year to hopefully the same room! Just to add, the staff are wonderful, special mention to Antonio on reception, not only did he correspond with my emails prior to our stay and ensured we would have the best room To suit our needs, but he is also a really lovely guy who always had a friendly, warm and welcoming Smile! A good solid 4 star hotel, nice welcome, 2 bedroom apartment, superb, big balcony, 2 big bedrooms, nice wardrobe space. Outside, excellent gym, spa and indoor pool, outdoor pools could do with a makeover, plenty of loungers, even at half term. Food is ok, if you think you’re getting Michelin star food, you’re not, not at this price. Food is adequate, drinks again ok. If you’ve got young kids this is ideal for you, no late night carrying on, probably suited to younger family’s . Supermarket 5-6 minutes walk, some nice restaurants right beside the supermarket, beach 15 minutes away. Main square restaurants mostly over priced, do your research, some really good restaurants about with very reasonable prices. A solid hotel, you get what you pay for, would visit again. Couldn’t complain for the price we paid.

We recently had a great holiday in Lanzarote. The hotel was very nice. Rooms are specious and clean. Every night was different sort of food with was great. The only issue I had was the lady Yuliana,extremely rude and not helpful. Whatever she was in the pool bar the way how she treat me was just wrong.

Hotel very nice breakfast lunch tea very valu for the money staff very nice stay 1 week had good time would be nice if the barstaff had more help as was over work and had big que waiers staff nice had cockroaches in room cleaner cleaned room has a funny smell in room after they mop it was unpleasant whent to the spa rubbish the steam room had no steam in it the sorna was cold had a facecial that was good wouldn't go back to spa needs updating everything els was spot on bak on the 29th May 2024 would go back but not in the busy season

An excellent relaxing family holiday. Food excellent. The staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Used the complimentary entry to the spa and used the gym. Only downside is they ran out of sun beds around the pool.

Beautiful Hotel. Very Clean. Helpful friendly staff. I booked All Inclusive for myself and granddaughter ( aged 7) the food was excellent great choices at every meal we were never disappointed with the quality of everything on offer. Our room was a Single Parent Suite and I must be honest .. it was the best room I have ever stayed in it was more like an apartment overlooking the play area and splash pool. The entertainment was what is expected really... Holiday standard performers/ kids disco/ karaoke night. Main pool area very clean, plenty of sun lounges, towels available pool bar with hot/cold drinks and snacks. 20 minute pleasant walk into Costa Teguise Central area with plenty of stop off bars/cafes etc. Close to bus stops for all areas. Absolutely excellent all round Hotel that I will definitely go back to and recommend to everyone.

I was blown over with the rooms , The decor is gorgeous everything you need is provide . The areas surrounding the rooms are clean and tidy . I am impressed with how the hotel assist the guests , so safe for families they have lifeguards on duty all the time

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful hotel in Lanzarote, we were blown away by the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from the spa to the delicious dining options. Our stay here was truly a good experience, and we can't wait to return to this paradise on our next trip to Lanzarote!
