Iberostar Grand Salomé

I can honestly say that this hotel and the staff that run it are probably the best that we have enjoyed in many, many years . Whether its the greetings you recieve at meal times or the acknowledgement of your presence at the bar or the pool or just walking around the grounds, these alone would be sufficient. However, on top of that you have truly excellent food, be that at the buffet restaurant or at the exceptional "a la carte" venus, a truly relaxing pool area (with absolutely zero angst around whether you will get a sunbed or not, as there are plenty of empty beds every day) and situated right on the promande, you also have the joy of watching the world stroll by as you sip your cocktail and contemplate life. A lovely holiday destination and one that we will definitely be returning to next year.

The overall experience in the hotel was excellent. The same as last year and we will be back next year. Food and Drinks in all bars and restaurants very nice. In restaurant Poseidon it was not really which wines are in all inclusive included or not

Brilliant place to stay and a very relaxing resort. Great place to stay and the staff are wonderful. Would recommend for anyone to come and stay for a nice break and the breakfast is very nice, the staff come and clean the rooms thoroughly everyday and always leave a nice treat when they’re finished. Lovely place.

Second year, amazing staff, amazing service, amazing food, tranquil and relaxing, everything you could possibly want. Unsung heroes, the staff managing the rooms impeccably, the more visible heroes, Jessica, Vicky, Mosi ……. BUT and it is a very big BUT…. do you want to get out of bed to get a sunbed at 7am?? Didn’t have to last year, poolside rules state you must not reserve sunbeds, but after my first night I pulled back the curtains to see no sunbeds available in the sunny area of the pool. Nobody on them and to my horror some were not used until lunchtime. Either take the pool rule down OR enforce it, but don’t penalise people who are following the rules and paying a lot of money for the privilege. Spoke to one couple who had to go to the neighbouring hotel to get a bed in the sun. Unsurprisingly they said they wouldn’t be returning. Such an easy thing to rectify but spoke to another couple who had complained to management and were told they simply didn’t seem interested. Shame, because everything else is really perfect

Extremly friendly staff at the pool, breakfast and at the Italian restaurant. The food was very delicious. A bit disappointing is that you have to book a table far in advance (two days). The location of the hotel is set above the sea and the beach is in a short walking distance.

This is the second visit to this hotel. That is how good it is. The service is second to none. From the butlers that cannot do enough for you to the waitress service at breakfast and throughout the day by the pool everything is 5 star. This hotel is just the best.

2nd time staying here, very relaxing and great location. Staff are wonderful and attentive, the food is excellent and allergies have been well looked after. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Overall a lovely hotel and will be back!

Brilliant hotel, staff amazing friendly and helpful. Service exceptional. Special mention to Vicky who is always smiling. Rooms are stunning large tv in lounge and bedroom, balcony had double sun bed. Whatever you wanted in alcohol beverages supplied in the room, wine fridge plus another fridge for soft drinks, coffee machine. We stayed all inclusive cannot fault it.Location front line near bars restaurants and shops.

Superb stay at The Grand Salome. Wonderful setting, fabulous rooms which were cleaned and attended perfectly. Felt special to have a breakfast room with such a wonderful view and staff like Vicky and Jessica welcoming each morning with a smile, the same ladies were also serving drinks around the pool with the same lovely service, a credit to the company. Brilliant butler service, answering all our queries and helping with my husbands birthday. All in all, we’ve had the best experience here and we will be back.
