Regency Club의 최근 리뷰를 읽은 후 1 월 9 일부터 6 박 숙박과 같은 장소에 머물 렀는지 궁금해했습니다. 우리는 테라스에서 수영장에 직접 접근할 수 있는 1층 1베드 아파트에 머물렀습니다. 아파트는 깨끗했고 침대는 정말 편안했습니다. 다른 손님의 경험과 달리 우리는 정기적인 청소부와 많은 신선한 수건을 가지고 있었습니다. 예, 샤워 트레이가 한쪽 끝에서 매우 스프링이 많고 타일이 부서졌기 때문에 욕실은 일부 TLC로 할 수 있습니다. 선베드를 얻는 데 문제가 없었습니다. 자쿠지가 어느 날 약간 지저분해 보였지만 수영장이 깨끗하다는 것을 알았습니다. 우리는 매일 밤 외출했기 때문에 저녁 엔터테인먼트에 대해 언급 할 수 없으며 리셉션 직원은 슈퍼마켓 직원과 마찬가지로 친절했습니다. 베이커리 (열었을 때)도 사랑 스러웠습니다. 10-15 바와 레스토랑까지 도보로 1 분, 다른 리뷰에서 언급했듯이 택시는 약 5 유로입니다. 나는이 숙박 시설을 완전히 이동하지 않는 사람에게 추천하지 않을 것입니다.

We got back last week from the most amazing 10 night stay. Everything about the GF Isabel was just perfect, from check in which was the fastest ever, right through until we left. The staff everywhere were courteous and very helpful. The hotel layout was just beautiful, everything always immaculate and the pool areas had SO many beds and parasols. And we adored all the cats. The food in the restaurant was incredible, such a selection, and at the pool bar too. The staff in the restaurant were so welcoming, and there was a good range of drinks offered on all inclusive. The day time entertainment and facilities were brilliant and varied, the team were WONDERFUL, so energetic, and genuinely friendly and keen to talk. And the evening entertainment was of very high quality. Our apartment was beautiful, with everything we needed. We were top floor so had a stunning view, with great air conditioning, a powerful shower, a big spacious balcony and lovely comfy beds. And it was cleaned beautifully each day for us. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the beautiful prom and beach. I can recommend the Moonlight Bar and the Sky Bar, and the rocky walkway into the sea with the huge black crabs. The only downside was the issue with “accidents” in the pool, which was obviously out of the hotel’s control! However, it was always dealt with efficiently. Una experiencia para volver a repetir sin dudarlo! tanto el personal del hotel como las instalaciones, sitio perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar de todas las actividades que ofrece a lo largo del día en el hotel. El personal sin dudarlo personas muy competentes que siempre están con una sonrisa y para ayudarte en cualquier momento! Dispone de unas instalaciones muy completas el apartamento no le falta ni un mínimo detalle, todo súper cuidado y mimado con todas las facilidades que te hacen una estancia perfecta! Gracias a todos por hacer estas vacaciones muy agradables! Volveremos 😊

Just returned from a 10 day break at the Palace at Costa Adeje. Weather brilliant, food good although a bit repetitive for me who is gluten free. Pools are salty but nice and clean. Plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Staff all very nice. We had two rooms at first but were quickly moved to a family room with a lovely sea view. All sorted out by a lovely hotel manager called Pilar. She went out of her way to make sure the move was quick and painless. A credit to the hotel she is. Room 849 is great for a family. A few petty rules re no balls or inflatables in one of the two central pools. Odd as there are two quiet pools for adults only. Let kids be kids and have fun. Lots to do in Adeje and adjacent towns. Lots of shops, electric scooters, taxis etc all pretty reasonable. The catamaran Tui trip was fantastic and definitely worth an afternoon. Siam water park is also brilliant but we went at night to avoid queue’s. Not sure I would go back right away as lots of other places to visit but if you haven’t been it’s a great place.

We first stayed here just as lock down was loosing its grip and we really enjoyed our stay. So much so we booked again this year ... unfortunately for us the last time, it's a really lovely hotel and so welcoming but it just lacks that something ... if we had children then absolutely all day long this would be my first option. We stayed on 10th floor sea view, star prestige, I kind of feel like it's more of a gimmick than anything special. Yes you get an endless supply of cold drinks and alcohol throughout the day but for the extra it cost it's probably cheaper to buy as you go anyway. The adults bathing area on the top floor was ok, seems to have the age old problem of people reserving beds and not showing up till the end of the day so very often there was no free sunbeds in any of the prestige areas . even one couple taking up 2 sun beds but sitting the whole day up near the hot tub . House keeping was great but for the love of god she didn't crack a single smile ,when we left we gave her €20 which she took not so much as a thank you! The lift situation is an absolute joke, as is their door card entry system. We had about 5 cards all of which would let us in different places, never the same place twice! Breakfast was ok, always really busy and just warm as you always expect. Shame because we had such a positive experience first time round ..... for me it was average. Fur coat .... no .....
