The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok, the air con is not very strong. Overall it is a nice hotel to stay.

We stayed at this hotel when it was the Sheraton. What an improvement- arrived to a glass of fizz & bags taken to our room, reception staff very welcoming & friendly. Hotel is stunning inside, but very relaxing & spotless clean. A lovely shop & concierge service, sports bar, terrace bar, pool bar, & beach bar. Entertainment on the terrace every night which was relaxing & chilled. Friendly bar staff & pool bar staff, Joe was very attentive & friendly- it was nice to speak with him as he was always up for a chat. The bedrooms were beautiful & water supplied every day with turn down service, fresh towels & a chocolate 😊 The breakfast was the best we have ever had in a hotel with cava provided too. Pools were immaculate & towels provided, sun beds comfortable & umbrella’s provided, pool assistants helpful to assist if required. The only issue we had was trying to find a sunbed during our first few days as it was Easter Holidays & the hotel was very busy. The towel brigade were out early putting towels down, often with just a book or bag on top! The second week was better when the hotel was quieter no issues at all. We didn’t eat in the hotel in the evening, but did eat at the beach bar which was lovely, with entertainment on the Saturday. As it was quiet there was a lot of staff hovering about, with not so much to do, we booked early to see the show, but it got busier later on. All good had a fab time & even spoke to staff who we recognised from our stay 6 years ago, this was a nice experience too. Would like to return for Christmas & New Year - not sure what they have on? If there is a Gala dinner & entertainment? Will definitely return again

We had the best week here. Great hotel and very nice personal. Clean and beutiful place. We are coming back. Can really recommend a stay at this hotel.

Excellent accomodation and service. Garden and swimming pools are very nice. The room and bathroom is very nice. Breackfast is perfect.

We stayed for 4 nights in a partial sea view room (359). Room was very modern especially the shower and beds very comfy. Large balcony with sea views to El Duque to the south and beyond. Reception and concierge staff all excellent and very helpful. Pool area was beautiful and Joe kept the drinks flowing. Excellent meal at the SEEN Beach Club and if you book direct through the hotel you earn resort credit that can be used to partly cover cost of meals and drinks. Sports bar and outdoor relaxing areas all beautiful. Thanks to all staff for an excellent stay!

Excellent hotel. All staff were exceptionally helpful & couldn’t do enough for you. Drinks service around the pool area was very good indeed - thanks Joe! The Arabe themed buffet dinner was absolutely amazing & great value for money. The hotel is well situated to be able to walk easily into both La Caleta & Adeje.

The hotel has had a fabulous makeover and I’ve come here as a previous resident when it was Sheraton. New pool area very nice However the music played at the public areas is outrageously loud and is reminiscent of Ibiza night clubs. I spoke to the manager on Tuesday and he said he would sort. Was ok on Wednesday however Thursday was worse than before I left what is supposed to be be adults only chill to go back to my room advised at the desk again ,, let’s see what happens today
