Costa Adeje Buggy Park Tenerife 근처 호텔

I really do not know why this place gets bad reviews. We arrived late and was given food , sandwich apple pear and bottle of water, admitted not the best, was given wrong room but rectified the next day, No problem. This time of year was plenty of sunbeds, although you had people at gates there really was no need. Food was good always something to eat, staff friendly. The drinks were best we have ever had for an all inclusive, Rooms are spacious, we had a great time, It is not on a steep hill so no huffing and puffing to get back to hotel after going to beach, which is 10 min walk. Entertainment was hit and miss but we had some really good nights in the hotel, if you don't want to stay simply pop down road where there is plenty going on. Yes we would most definantley come back. The lay out is a bit odd and underpass to back pool could do with a make over . Add a few plants and cool lighting maybe, Appearance of Hotel could do with a coat of paint, but having said that it is a great bargain all inclusive Hotel.

We stayed here as a family of 4, I had booked 2 one bedroom apartments but when we arrived I was told only 1 room had been booked under my name. I showed reception my booking confirmation clearly showing 2 rooms booked and was told I would be given a second room and they would check with the booking company the next day but I might have to pay for the second room! A quick call to Easyjet followed who were really helpful and sent me the room vouchers so reception could find the booking and they stayed on the phone with me while I showed the man on reception to make sure the issue was resolved. Seems the name on the second room had been changed to my daughters, who has a different surname to me, which caused the issue. Once sorted, I was asked for a 100€ deposit for the rooms, which I wasn't expecting. I had requested adjacent rooms but was given rooms on separate floors albeit close by, so not a problem, really, and we got a fabulous sea view, room 153. There are a lot of stairs to the rooms, so these apartments are probably not suited to anyone with mobility issues. The apartments are big and clean but dated. The outside areas could be cleaner, there was dirt on stairways that stayed there for the whole week we were there. I had an issue in one room with the balcony door not locking, which was a concern as we were on a low level, and this was sorted the following day. The pool area is nice, but there are nowhere near enough umbrellas to go around, only 15 in total for the main pool area and none around the adult pool. Sunbeds were always available during our stay, even though some groups left their towels and went out for most of the day! The pool bar is good and has a fair selection of food available but closes at 6pm. It's a good 20-minute walk to the beach, easy on the way down (watch out for slippery tiles on the pavement though) but hard going coming back. A taxi cost us about 6€ and worth it if you just can't face the walk back. All in all, we had a good holiday but won't go back as it's just too far out.

Great location, 10 minutes walk down to the beach. There are 2 pools, one heated and always sun beds available. Did hear they had a booking system for these but we never had to. Bars, restaurants and a shop on the complex which was useful. The only issue was they had live music on from 4pm every day and it seemed unnecessarily loud. It didn’t bother us too much but can imagine it would be a nightmare if you had a balcony closer to the bars. Apartment was great, balcony overlooking the pool and very well equipped. The staff left a bottle of wine for my partners 30th while we were there which was a nice touch. Would stay again, but would definitely recommend emailing ahead and asking for a room away from the bars.

My wife and I stayed seven days at Sunset Harbour as part of a three stay vacation at three Diamond Resort Apartment units. Sunset Harbour is a regular choice as part of our Dimond Resort Membership and we have been coming here for over 25 years. The complex is built around two large pools, one deep, filled with sea water, the second larger pool is more shallow in parts for kids to play in filled with fresh water. The pools and the complex are very clean and tidy, with excellent little supermarket on site if required. There are kids clubs, granny clubs, and activities in the complex run by enthusiastic staff members. Or you can relax by the pool swim and cool in a limited degree. I say this as the only down side of the complex was some very poor sun beds, that have been sat on by some grossly weight persons. Plus many umbrellas that just cannot be opened easily even by those helpful muscular pool attendants with bulging muscles and square jaws. There is two Restaurants on site offering a wide once of meals. But with plenty others on offer just 50 m away outside the complex. The complex is very close to the main Fanabe sea front which hosts numerous, eating houses, shops and bars, there is no shortage these types of offerings. The apartments are clean, well maintained with air con and balcony with sun beds and table and chairs. If like us, you like to have some meals in then a small but adequate kitchen provides all the services of oven and hob with all the kitchen appliances you can work with to cook your own meals. An added advantage are two very good supermarkets on the right as you exit the top gate. The largest is One shop, turn right on exiting the gate and can be found on the left about two hundred yards on the left just tucked back from the street. This is a valuable asset if you like cooking in with fresh meats and cheese a speciality. We bought T bone and sirloin steak and a selection of fresh veg, which was fantastic at competitive prices. The smaller supermarket on the right before the One Shop, is a great place to get bread or fiz or beer and other breakfast and food items. There was no night entertainment on sight when we were visiting in Sept. It’s a plus if you like to sleep early, but entertainment is only a stones throw away. A great place to stay, but please management, nvest in time to **** out that terrible pool furniture.

We are a family of 17 aged from 2 to 70 and stayed at Ibserostar Las Dalias for 7 nights. The location of this hotel is very good with plenty of shops, restaurants nearby. Transfer time was very quick from airport and the beach is a short walk. Arrival was warm and welcoming. First impression was that staff were exceptionally polite and professional. We were offered a welcome drink. We were provided with all the necessary information thay we would need during our stay. We were very impressed by rooms. We booked a double room and a family room. The rooms were immaculate, spacious and had everything necessary for a relaxing holiday. Toiletries, towels and hair dryer were provided. The balcony area was nice and there was a small drying rail. There was plenty of space to hang and store clothes. There was a small fridge in the room and a glass carafe and glasses were provided. There were water dispensers on every level of hotel to fill water bottles. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed on request. We were a large group with varying tastes, some fussy eaters! We found the all inclusive food options to be very good. We particularly liked the themed nights that included cuisines such as Mexican, Tapas, Mediterranean etc. Some of our group loved the cook to order foods such as fish, steaks, omelettes.The choices were excellent and the quality of food very good. Some of the food was not roasting hot, but never cold but this did not affect the enjoyment of our stay. Food was replenished quickly by staff. The snack bar was very good. There were chips, chicken nuggets, burgers, fruit etc. There was also a self service toasties machine which was excellent. Our children in particular loved the snack bar! We found the drinks selection to be very good. There was a good choice and cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks and spirits. There were self serve areas with water soft drinks, beer, wine, tea and The hotel offers an excellent entertainment programme with activies during the day and evening. This incuded activies such as group games, foam party and water activies. The staff involved in this are extremely enthusiastic, friendly and engaging. We all really enjoyed the evening entertainment and all agreed that it was of a very high standard. The only criticism was that seating in the evening was sometimes difficult to find as it was very busy. Although this is perhaps a reflection of how good the entertainment is! The pool area was nice however as others have said, it is busy and people are reserving beds with towels before daylight despite several signs around the hotel stating that towels will be removed by staff. We always found beds although we usually shared 5 or 6 between our large party as the children were in and out of pool. None of us had any interest in sunbathing but I can see how this would be disappointing for guests who wished to sunbathe all day. Absolutely amazing. The architecture was beautiful and modern with exotic plants and open spaces. Staff were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Large swimming pool with bridges to lead to an island in the middle of the pool (very deep!). Rooms were clean and well appointed - enormous bed but made it feel a bit cramped. Entertainment was provided by singers performing every night (til 11pm so hard to sleep before then if room above). Nice child’s room with a trampoline, table football and air hockey. Upgraded to the preferred club option which gives access to a lounge with free drinks and snacks from 1.30-7pm which we used instead of lunch! Good breakfast buffet. Only used the evening buffet once, was reasonable but not amazing. Some of the other onsite restaurants didn’t appear to have been open all week. The position was outstanding as many good restaurants were nearby and beaches with water sports only down the road. 10/10 would definitely recommend and visit again!

Best 4star hotel we have ever stayed at.. arrived here for a 7 night stay star prestige All inclusive Sep 12th.( this is our 2nd time at this hotel). Great location for shops bars etc All Staff are amazing from domestic staff reception staff, Restaurant to bar staff at night they always had a smile for you and go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one Pool area is large, clean and plenty sunbeds , great area for kids Good variety of food both at the restaurant and snack bar, we used snack bar mostly for lunch restaurant for breakfast and dinner Star prestige is a great addition with 3 separate areas to sunbathe with jacuzzi and very comfy sun beds..very chilled atmosphere Just like to say a special thank you to Lidia and on reception Fran in restaurant ,Sunhaila and Every single member of the bar staff they all made our holiday a fantastic one We are definitely booking to come again

Just back from a wonderful two weeks with my husband at this hotel !! .. we absolutely love Servatur Caribe ! Great location , good rooms ,this was are second year there . Plan to go back next year if the price is right . fantastic views ,nice pool vibe .. all the staff were friendly and helpful .. and surprised how quiet at night it was considering where it is .we where on sixth floor . Highly recommended!! Many thanks
