를레 일 팔코니에레(Il Falconiere Relais & Spa)

A very pleasant stay where everything just felt right. The food was impeccable from breakfast to lunch to dinner. Dinner was enjoyed outside with a great view to accompany great food and first class service. Our room full of character was located a short distance from the restaurant and breakfast area providing us a walk in the garden on our way. The spa and pool area added pleasure and relaxation to our stay.

We loved everything about Il Falconiere. The delicous food, the relaxing spa, the beautiful room and the super fun cooking class. I have been bragging about this place to all my friends and family because it's a must see. Sylvia Baracchi, the owner and Michelin Chef was an amazing host and made us feel so welcomed. You have to take her cooking class when you visit! Bravo to all of the staff too!

Spent 3 days at the Flaconiere hotel. Wife used the spa. It was great. The tasting menu at the restaurant was fabulous. Took a cooking class there as well. Was second only to the restaurant in a 12 day trip to Italy.

Beautiful property, great Villa room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast service and room service; we will try the restaurant on our next stay. One of our best lodging experiences in Italy.

This beautiful property has everything you need for a stay in Cortona. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the turn down service in the evening was appreciated. The pool and spa area is large and comfortable. We also enjoyed the restaurant. Breakfast had anything you could want, and the dinner was fantastic. There are several places on the property to sit and enjoy the view.

Loved everything about this property. It set the tone when they collected our documents and said let’s have some of our wine grown onsite while we do the paperwork. People were so nice and restaurant is unbelievable. Staff so fantastic and joked with us. Cooking class was so fun.

Il Falconiere was incredible. It's set on a gorgeous hilltop with two pools, a delicious restaurant, and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. While everything was top notch, the best part was the staff. They were able to answer all questions and always available to help. We loved our stay!

I loved Il Facloniere so much from my stay in October 2022 that I came back in October 2023. The staff is so very welcoming and helpful. They upgraded our room to a beautiful suite. Last year I attended 3 cooking schools and enjoyed learning from Chef Silvia, Chef Richard and Chef Fabrizio. All three Chef's were involved in this year's cooking school. They welcomed me like I was an old friend. A highlight is enjoying dinner in the Michelin Star Restaurant. You never want the evening to end. My biggest wish is that I lived closer so I could visit every year.
