컴포트 인 & 스위트(Comfort Inn & Suites Hawthorne)

I guess we expected more due to price. Strictly average hotel with a decor vibe that felt like the country duck theme so popular in the late 80s. Room was clean and rather quiet though the window faced the parking lot. All the bed linen had the room number written on it using a black permanent marker. All the bed pillows had plastic outer covers, like the kind you find in hospitals. I’m sure they’re much easier to keep clean than a typical pillow, but they make for an uncomfortable night of sleep. Every time one of us would move our head, the plastic on the pillows would crackle. Sheets and blanket were clean and soft, but blanket was thin like it had been washed too many times and the batting/filling had lost its loft and fluffiness. We had to compensate by turning up the thermostat as the guy at the front desk said they didn’t give guests extra blankets. That was a first. He was in a bad mood all around and was snappish with every guest. He was in shift the next morning as well when we checked out. Refused to print us a receipt and told us to contact the hotel online to ask for one. The breakfast area attendant however was a compete ray of sunshine. Super friendly, very sweet, and did her utmost to make sure every person who came in for food or coffee was taken care of. We didn’t get a chance to catch her name, but whomever she is - please Comfort Inn, give her a raise!

The room was very clean and the hotel itself looked very clean. Beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area.

Chose this hotel as it advertised queen beds. Very disappointed that they were actually full size. Beds were uncomfortable as well. Overall clean quiet nice hotel. Satisfied with our stay but would probably stay somewhere else do to their beds. Room was nice and had a little sitting section which was we used a lot.

The room was a little dated. The mattress was lumpy and hard. The first room I was given had no working heat or AC. I was moved with no issues. The breakfast was good. Location was quiet.

My hotel room was adequate and comfortable. The thermostat control didn't work. I tried to lower the heat and it actually increased a degree. The bathroom was cleaned, but there was substantial crack in the sink basin. The breakfast was good and the staff was very cheerful and attentive. I would stay there again for the same price.

Good location. Clean. Staff very accommodating. I stay here every time I come to Westchester.

Nice and comfy. The vent in the bathroom does not work. Not sure as to why. We did not like the pillows. They were like cushions and uncomfortable. Otherwise hubby & I enjoyed our stay!

Great access to westchester and the city. Diner accessible walking Great morning breakfast Cleaning crew super friendly and efficient.

We had a wonderful stay. The front desk person Brian was so friendly and welcoming. In the morning the breakfast was very good and the woman in charge was very pleasant and helpful!!
