코르티나(Hotel Cortina)

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Andre was excellent with all our queries and Juliana went out of his way to help us with how to navigate the gps we purchased. Would certainly stay again when we come this way. The only negative thing is that the room is a little small.

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights in January. The hotel is full of old world charm, with detailed woodwork, and wide plank wooden floors in the guest rooms. the staff is wondeful, helping us with ski activities, restaurant reservations, and every imaginable question we might pose to them. They even helped us book our Covid tests for the trip home. The hotel is in the very heart of Cortina, just across from the cathedral, and walking distance to all the main shops and streets of central Cortina. The rooms are very nice, a bit small by American standards but large by European standards. Ours was outfitted with antique armoires for clothing, a desk, a sitting room, wifi, and two balconies with incredible views. And a real bathtub, which my wife loved after skiing. Breakfast is kind of basic, but dinners are superb, with very creative and yet local cooking. All in all we loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

We stayed at Hotel Cortina for the very last week of the official ski season. We were made to feel very welcome at this lovely , central hotel, mostly due to the friendliness and warmth of Michael, our concierge. Michael spoke good English (our Italian is shamefully so poor!) and made a helpful restaurant recommendation for locals which fitted us perfectly and to which we returned. We would like to thank him and all the other attentive restaurant and cleaning staff. As always, factors like cleanliness and a good room can be rather expected but the attitude of the staff makes all the difference when feeling really welcomed away from home. Thank you.

This is a very nice hotel located in the middle walking district of the town. Everyone we met at the hotel from the various front desk people to the servers at breakfast and the hotel restaurant were excellent and very accommodating to various dietary needs. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cortina before and after our hiking trip in the Dolomites. Centrally located, charming rooms and delicious breakfasts. Helpful and attentive staff really made the stay memorable - they went the extra mile on a number of occasions, including mailing home items we had left behind! I would return in a heartbeat.

We were a group of six women staying at Hotel Cortina before and after our 4 day Dolomite Trek. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating, a special thanks to Micheal and Andrea for providing hiking suggestions, restaurant recommendations, helping with luggage storage and transfer, even opening breakfast early so we could have a bite before heading back to Marco Polo airport for early morning flights. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are lovely, update bathrooms with great showers-a benefit after 4 days on the trail. Thank you for a lovely time in Cortina

Incredible location right in the heart of the pedestrian center of Cortina! The tricky part is driving up to the hotel to check in. We panicked and parked a few blocks away. Michael left his post at the front desk to literally come drive our car to unload our luggage and then took it to a free parking lot for us. Saved the day- our hero!

Great combination of location, staff, breakfast, & patio service. Room - a junior suite was more than acceptable. Our initial and on-going contact Michael was fabulous, plus we had humorous conversations with him. Other staff were wonderful too. Parking nearby is a challenge, but they are efficient in offering valet or parking at a 5 minute walk. Breakfast is great and the lead manager for breakfast was very responsive. The owner is often on site too. The staff feels like family, of the owner and the guest. Fine recommendations too of local services, attractions, and restaurants.

We began our trip with the misfortune of having our luggage lost. Multiple phone calls to United Airlines and lost and found with no results - hours of waiting on hold. once the hotel learned of this, they immediately took action and did all the hard work in getting us pointed in the right direction. The hotel staff went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our luggage was sent to our next destination hotel. In particular , the staff member M ICHELE ( michael) took it upon himself to resolve the issue. Food was excellent accommodations were clean and full of old world charm
