We knew the hotel was closing down so our expectations where not high . But Despite the Hotel needing an update the staff food and services were ( for what we paid for our two week stay) in every way up to its star rating. One of the pools did have a algae problem for two days and some of the food was disappointing. However the staff overall were courteous and hard-working and we both felt welcomed. We new it was largely a Hotel catering for the French. The animation team didn’t communicate with us largely because they didn’t speak English so no surprise there We didn’t particularly want to communicate to the French so that didn’t bother us at all overall a really good holiday for the price that we paid it wasn’t a five star hotel .

This place is a stinking pile of crap the bar is shameful only has 3 cocktails that believe me has 0 alcohol and they only have vodka whiskey gin rum that's it oh and lager The entertainment well if your French your ol as its all in French they don't speak English so your left out to dry its like they only cater for the French no point putting kids in the club as they don't speak English to the kids only French the food is basic but I hardly ate anything this hotel is the worst hotel I've been in

TUI should not be selling this holiday to British people - it is run by TUI France and nowhere on the website does it tell you this. Only French children are allowed in the kids club and all entertainment is in French Apart from that we had an ok holiday. By that i mean room was ok, food was ok, pool area was ok. Nothing special but not bad either I would not come back here or recommend it to families

I’m going to start this review by pointing out that for what we paid for an all inclusive week we could not have rented a caravan for a week in my local area of North Wales!! The hotel is beautifully presented, two large pools and a small toddler pool provide the centre, the restaurant, bars and apartments are situated all around. The apartments are spacious, very clean and come with a fridge, kettle and television. If you are a foodie, this is the place for you!! Every meal time was an absolute feast. The food was exceptional in terms of quality and choice (king prawns, mussels, steak) there was also pasta dishes available ever meal time and every sort of salad imaginable. Food was constantly being monitored and replenished, there were also a chef cooking fresh meat and fish (breakfast pancakes were amazing!) Guests at the hotel were predominantly French, as were most of the staff. The animation team were very enthusiastic, providing an array of activities both in and around the pool some of which language was not a problem (aqua fit/ water polo etc) Other activities, pool side games, quizzes , and the evening entertainment were all in French. We both agreed that had we had children with us this would have been a problem, although it didn’t personally bother us (mother and daughter) We have thoroughly enjoyed a week of unrelenting sunshine, beautiful food in a spotlessly clean and very scenic environment … what’s not to love?

the spanish staff was very nice but thats it the hotel was the warst iv ever stayed at food id not give to my dogs and all the english went out at night as everything was in french be carefull you dont trip over the tiles around the pool there all sticking up and yet its a tui hotel well if thats the best tui can do shame on you

I’ve had a good holiday due to who I’ve come here with. All french entertainment which consists of miming and dressing in ridiculous costumes. Cheesy isn’t enough to describe it. The food is terrible unless you like pork and fish. If you don’t prepare to sneak to the kids bit to have a diet of chips for a week. The staff seem friendly to the french but no interaction with the English. It even comes across as dismissive and rude at the bar. I’ve been on many all inclusive holidays since being a child and this is one of the worst. The two stars are for the cleanliness of the room and the restaurants that are a short walk away. The pool hasn’t been cleaned in so long that fur is growing between the tiles and in one pool some are missing. I feel like that’s a sliced foot waiting to happen. The entertainment during the day is usually aquarobics with the music so loud you can’t hear yourself think. Today they also knocked cups off peoples heads with a water float… not really sure what the aim was. Massive complex and nobody to show you to your room when you get here. Wine is terrible and only Amstel on offer which can get boring after a few days. Last drinks are at 11 which is surprisingly early. No water included you have to pay extra for it. All in all if you plan on eating every meal out and only sleeping in a stifling hot room this is the place for you if not after speaking to a couple who have come to the island for years Air B&B is the way to go.
