We needed a hotel close to the Bay Area hospital due to my son having a medical procedure. Room very nice & clean. Staff very friendly. Only complaint at no fault of hotel was people stomping around upstairs forr 2-3 hours, early in the morning.

The staff was nice but when I reserved, I read everything and it said breakfast and it said that our room was going to have two beds and a sofa bed but when we got there literally the smell of the whole hotel smelt a lot like Clorox and we only had two beds. We didn’t even have a couch And they tried to change his room but the other room the flooring was kind of bad so we just stayed on the previous one and the girl was nice and she gave us another small little bed but you could feel the springs on it so my little six-year-old slept on that bed because we would’ve felt it and anyways yeah there was no breakfast at all so they should change that

Great amenities, nice location, and affordable. The stove and fridge seemed fairly old, but I didn’t use it

Room was okay. I wish they had better blankets and more trash cans and not just one. The room could have smelled better but overall it was a decent stay for one night.

Kitchenette with no dishes- no in room coffee pits. “Continental Breakfast” was off brand granola bars and packets of oatmeal. Coffee removed from lobby at 8am. Front desk never staffed - placed in dirty room - couch had a literal hole in it

The woman at the front desk was so helpful. It was a very late/early check in and she got us in fast without a problem.

I liked the option of being able to bring your own groceries, and they would supply you with the pots and pans if need be. The only thing I did not like was that there was not an ice machine. But they did give ice trays in the refrigerator so you can fill and make ice.

Our choice to stay overnight when traveling from now on. Room was very clean. Person at the desk made us feel so welcome!

It’s not as nice as the photos show in the listing. It definitely looks more rundown in person. The sign for the place is hard to see from the road! Fairly close to many shops and restaurants. Close to main roads. It’s not the most awful place to stay, but don’t expect greatness. Also, the room doors slam shut, so I’d hear my neighbors coming and going all the time because their door would slam every time. The continental breakfast is also very lacking. They only had coffee, instant oatmeal, small muffins and granola bars.
