Booked and paid for a room for my 19 y.o son. It was only after i booked and paid for this room I had received a message advising that upon checking in my son would have to present his i.d and only people aged 21 and upwards could stay in this accommodation. When i tried to cancel and request a refund (as the age restriction was not noted) this request was declined. Very poor form as this accommodation age requirement was not noted prior to booking.

Hidden gem ! Was meant to stay elsewhere for almost double the price but luckily found availability here at short notice. Staff very friendly, great location and room was so comfortable and well equipped. Will definitely be back and would 100% recommend

We stayed at Coleman Court with our adult children on a family vacation so this was an affordable option to get multiple rooms. The building is new, our rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and there was air conditioning, which a lot of places don't have. The car park beside the hotel is also free overnight and, although it fills up fast, there was only one night (of five) we weren't able to park for free. The accommodations are basic (sheets and towels are somewhat thin but to be expected for student housing) but having a kitchen and laundry was really convenient and the location was great. As long as you know what to expect, it is a great option.

One of our party booked the apartment without understanding it was a student apartment building. It did not look like the pictures. The gathering area was not comfortable for all of us to gather. The coffee machine wasn’t working and the ladies at the desk were rude. However, it did have air con which worked well and the bed was small, but really comfortable.

It was satisfactory but grossly over priced for what we got. For this money we could have hat a 4/5 star hotel. The location was not the best although quite central. The staff were helpful enough. The room seemed reasonably clean. I absolutely would not stay here again.

Hôtel pas propre, les draps présentaient des cheveux et des poils , obligés de mettre les serviettes en protection…et hôtel un peu tristoune, chambres petites …dommage car malgré tout bon emplacement et central . La salle de sport est pas mal,

No centro de Cork. Parece um dormitório de estudantes. A cama é encostada na parede e não cabe 2 pessoas adultas. O exaustor do banheiro faz um barulho insuportável e não desliga, atrapalhando o sossego. A recepção é gentil, mas não sabe o que fazer na maior parte das vezes. Não tem estacionamento. A máquina de café do térreo tem um capuccino delicioso, isso é, quando está abastecida, se você tiver sorte. Precisa melhorar muito para ser recomendável.
