โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ติดถนน ข้างปั๊มน้ำมัน และใกล้ๆซุปเปอร์เลย เดินทางสะดวก ภายในห้องแนว country หน่อย

很普通的汽車旅館，設備比較陳舊，有種90年代國內招待所的感覺……離公路也比較近，有一定噪音影響……床很大，但是太軟了，睡得腰疼，門鎖還有點壞了，如果不是正好路過，可能不會再選擇

衞生一般算沒有窗户高速路邊太吵了，非常不推薦

Very poorly run motel. They don't answer the phone and don't call back when you leave a message. The rooms aren't maintained fully, had a show on the slippery floor and their soap dispenser was empty. First stay a week ago there was a very loud noise in the ceiling void from what assume was the hot water pipes banging which kept me awake. Had to stay here another night on our way back to Brisbane wishing we could have stayed elsewhere.

Corio Bay Motel, what a DUMP. I have been staying in accommodation every weekend for over 10 years, but this one is up there with “needing to be demolished”. The owners of the property do absolutely nothing as do the cleaners, if any exist. As for traffic noise and pollution, I never take issue with things like these because if you have accommodation in an area near the main road or oil refineries this is not something that can be changed, however, everything else is not acceptable and it is wrong that regulations are not in place before a property is allowed to be listed for bookings; they should be made to meet yearly accreditation. To think, during the pandemic places had to be Covid safe, yet this place is not only not Covid safe, it is simply not safe if you have autoimmune issues or because the room doors and windows are not secure. Having said that I had issues getting into the room as the key/lock did not work. As for those saying you get what you pay for, what crap. I paid $130 only because everything else was booked due to the long weekend. Luckily I was only staying 1 night and had read reviews prior to going, so went prepared taking my own cup and air freshener. Even $90 would be too much. I have stayed in pubs in Sydney City, an expensive area, which were safer, cleaner and much cheaper. What others have said is exactly right. Filthy conditions with faeces on the toilet floor. The shower curtain no doubt would have had mould if there had been one, meaning the small water pressure as you showered was spraying over the room. As for soap, shampoo; none were provided and there were leaking problems in the bathroom. As someone else said TV…what TV, it was there but no remote control and no wifi access was granted. Bugs all over the place and killed a spider within 1 minute of being on the premises. Was relieved other people were checking in as this made me feel a bit safer as the area itself is not good. I did not bother to see if air conditioning worked as I was afraid of what germs it would stir up and would also unsettle 50 year’s worth of dust. The carpet was putrid, having never been clean. The door to the bathroom had a hole punched in it. Walls were filthy as was everything else. On a positive note, if you have bowel incontinence, not an issue as no one would notice. If you have fluctuance, this would only enhance the aroma of the rooms. Do yourself a MASSIVE favour and go elsewhere. Pitch a tent if you have to but they are not deserving of your money. I would say the owners should be ashamed but people that allow a place to go unmaintained and take people’s money clearly have no conscience or hygiene.
