Book Club Retreat Weekend! We chose this location to host our Book Club Retreat weekend trip and it was perfect! The host was quick to respond with answers to questions both before and during the trip. The house was spacious and perfect for our large group of 12. We looooooved the pool in this Memphis summer heat, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for people to spread out when we wanted a little space. All rooms being on the main floor was an extra plus. This would be an excellent choice for a large group!

Great house in a great location! This house was perfect for our mixed generation group of 11. It had everything we needed for a fantastic long weekend- safe location, plenty of gathering space inside and out, single floor so no stairs for babies and older folks all within a clean well-stocked house!

Beautiful home with all the conveniences This home was perfect. It looked just like the photos. The beds were super comfy. Our hosts thought of everything! The location is convenient to shopping and attractions. We were in town for our son’s wedding and staying here made it even more perfect!

BETTER THAN EXPECTED Excellent location, very safe and quiet. Would be really fun with the pool open. Property was very clean and convenient to get groceries and other shopping. Twenty minutes to downtown is easily manageable. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Funeral Gathering Fourteen of us stayed together as we were all in town from out of state for a funeral. The property was amazing, just as shown. Owners were very accommodating to our group, and the neighborhood was peaceful and nice. We highly recommended this property to anybody who needs space for a group. Backyard is great for family sit downs & relaxation. Plenty of space all around and amenities are top notch.
