Was unaware that the *only* check-in was the pick-up kiosk. Because I booked through a third party, I had no code and no knowledge that I needed a code. Found myself stranded on the side of the road with no phone (international). Fortunately, emailed and received a code promptly - but was told it was my fault because I booked through a third party. I had emailed the hotel weeks before asking about restaurants (I was staying on my birthday on the way back from KI), explaining that I booked through a third party AND that I was coming from the US. No mention of needing a code to check in. Rooms obviously new and clean, although basic and with an older bathroom. Definitely loud near the road, but if you know that and are ok with it, the rooms are fine.

This motel is a standout place. Clean, nicely decorated and everything you need for an overnight stop on the way to Adelaide. The check in process was so easy with key left in a lock box and a code sent to our phone. A bonus was being able to use the outside camp kitchen and microwave.
