I stayed at Anchors Port Campbell for two nights with friends, and it was truly the highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, beautiful, and perfectly thought out, the kind of place that instantly makes you wish you’d booked a few extra nights. Pros: • The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, making meals easy and enjoyable. 👨‍🍳 • The villa was super clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained.🛁 • The views were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. 🌅 • We loved spending time outdoors with the friendly animals, especially the cats — such a charming touch that added warmth to the stay. 🐈 • Tanya, the owner, was absolutely wonderful — welcoming, attentive, and full of great local tips. • The property is less than ten minutes from the 12 Apostles, making it an ideal base for exploring the Great Ocean Road. Cons: • The only minor issue was the washer and dryer, which took hours to finish a load. 🧺 Overall: Anchors Port Campbell is one of those rare places that feels like home while offering breathtaking views and boutique comfort. Between the cleanliness, thoughtful design, and warm hospitality, it’s a place we can’t wait to return to, next time, for more than just two nights.

Anchors was a lovely, well-considered accomodation and we were very comfortable there. It’s 5-10 min away from the town, which was preferable as we had lovely views of the surrounding countryside.

Absolutely amazing accommodation: spacious, clean and well stocked for cooking a meal or making coffee. We were greeted by the owner on very short notice booking. Everything is designed with love and care. Super comfortable beds and pillows. The villa offers stunning views of the vistas. The property is conveniently located to all landmarks and within a great reach to explore the area. We would highly recommend the Anchor’s Villas and will certainly visit again.

Great location just out of town looking towards the ocean. Tanya was incredibly welcoming and informative. The little villa was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated Good to have on site washing facilities An evening on the decking with a vino was perfect You will need a car to get into Port Campbell but only 5 mins away Wish we were here longer !!

For a few days exploring the Great Ocean Road we based ourselves at Anchors Villas, Port Campbell. Booking was easy via their website and contact with the host excellent in all regards. On arrival, we were greeted by Terry who showed us to our villa, explained the facilities, and was a wealth of knowledge on the local area and provided great advice. Villa 1 was ours and definitely recommended as it is the further most on the property, however all have fantastic views. We’d highly recommend the breakfast hamper which provided great local produce and more than enough for the hungriest breakfast eaters. Fully self contained, you can cook for yourselves or take a few minutes drive and avail yourselves of the cafes, hotel and restaurants in Port Campbell. Most highly recommended!
