Welcome to the Cranmore Birches! Our prime location home is located only 1 minute from Cranmore Mtn. and 3 minutes to downtown North Conway. Our home caters perfectly for multi-family gatherings or groups of friends coming to make lifelong memories in the Mt. Washington valley together. Our 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home is spacious and has had some serious renovations over the past couple of years. The open concept living/kitchen area is set up perfectly for gathering after a long day of adventure! Welcome to our charming 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home located in North Conway, just minutes away from the world-renowned Cranmore Mountain. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this cozy and inviting home is the perfect retreat for families and groups of up to 10 guests. Upon entering the home, you will be greeted with warm and inviting decor that will make you feel right at home. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes, with comfortable seating and a large screen TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals for your group, with modern appliances and ample counter space. The adjacent dining area has plenty of seating for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together. The four bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements, with cozy bedding and plenty of closet space for your belongings. The master bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms share a spacious full bathroom. In addition to the indoor living spaces, this home also features a beautiful outdoor deck with a grill and seating. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the crisp mountain air. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited. ESA's are not exempt from the additional cleaning fee. com Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours. - Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family (does not count for children). This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old. - No smoking in the house - No fireworks or other illegal activities - No outside fires or fire pits - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night. - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information. - Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house) - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated - Respect the neighbors
