Perla Real Inn

We received 5-star service: picked up at the ferry, brought back the next day. All service with a smile, extra beach chairs and umbrella to take to the beach, any problem quickly resolved. The pool was the PERFECT temperature and amazingly relaxing and lovely for swimming. Our hostess went beyond anything that we could imagine, even resolving for us a mistake with the ferry tickets and connecting two different ferry companies so that we didn't have to pay extra. The chef on the premises was just excellent and worked with us to account for our food issues/allergies and kosher requirements. We couldn't ask for more. A beautiful island, lovely place for a beach retreat.

Stayed 3 nights in this sh*t hole and will never recommend or return here. We’d booked through ******* so couldn’t leave or cancel. Ended up demanding/negotiating a lower room rate with the owner who’s overseas and while her lazy onsite staff run this dump into ground. Come here at your own risk .. you have been warned!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DIRTY AND DESTEO BEYOND BELIEF. YOU WILL FEEL RIPPED OFF NO MATTER WHAT YOU PAY. BELIEVE ME!

I wish I could upload all my photos because I have tons. To begin with this is not a hotel, not even qualifies as a motel, this is someone’s backyard with all their old junk laying around. First thing you will notice is a lack of front desk, you have to ask for your room to anyone you believe appears to work there and after making a few calls to confirm your reservation they will open the door for you. The strong musty smell will welcome you to the room hoping the A/C will remove some of it but ha!, the remote does not work. Then you begin inspecting and find so many things broken, dirty and in bad shape that I do not know where to begin. At this point I believed I could spend a night with broken artifacts but before going to bed I removed my daughters socks which were perfectly white when we arrived and they turn black from walking on the room. Then I realized there was dirt all over although it is hard to see as the floor is painted brown. The photos you see on the web must be real old. This place is completely destroyed. I see photos of great looking dishes but I would not dare to have a glass of water from that kitchen. The water! I brought my own soap, same brand I always use at home, and as I tried to shower the soap would not glide on my skin, It got stock as if I was using a solid bar deodorant leaving my skin with soap residue I could not remove with water. Some people tell me this happens when the water is not treated properly. We stayed up all night waiting for the sun to come out and leave. If it was not in an island I would have been gone long before. I felt so miserable taking my family there and felt afraid they would get sick from bacteria or virus. Enough ! Please look at my photos and get the picture, and do yourself a favor: do not stay here, and if you do, please post photos so you can warn others.

Everything was overpriced, especially the food

Run down and dirty, the staff did not care with virtually non existent service. This place is awful and not worth anything like the rates they charge. We complained and negotiated a lower room rate. hopefully they sort this place out, but we would never come here again or recommend anyone else does!

Rien qu’à notre arrivée, rien ne nous a été expliqué, les deux garçons nous ont monté les bagages(quand même..) mais pas de tour de la chambre ou de mot de bienvenu de la part de la patronne… qui ne nous a pas re adressé la parole des 4 jours, ce qui explique peut être la nonchalance du personnel, mis à part une petite jeune fille qui elle souriait et nous disait bonjour (ce qui n’était pas le cas des autres!) Les tables du restaurant pourraient être lavées de temps en temps… ou au moins entre deux clients.. tâches de café sur la même table pendant 3 jours! Notre chambre n’a été faite qu’une seule fois le premier jour… sur 4 nuits… BREF, BEAUCOUP TROP CHER POUR UN SERVICE PLUS QUE MINIMUM!

Habitaciones cómodas, la comida la mejor que hemos probado en Contadora. La atención bastante buena. Si prefieres no subir escaleras te recomiendo habitación en planta baja. El desayuno incluído súper bueno! En general es un buen hotel para pasar un par de dias relajado con amigos o pareja.
