O:LV Fifty Five Hotel - Adults Only

I stayed at what was supposed to be a luxury boutique hotel, but it deserves zero stars—honestly, I’d give it negative stars if I could. This place was a complete disaster. The only things that were remotely acceptable were the towels and bed linens, but even those couldn’t make up for everything else. There was no carpet, which is okay, but the floors were absolutely filthy—covered in dirt and grime, especially in the bathroom, where mildew and grime were everywhere. It was clear that proper cleaning and maintenance are not priorities here. Housekeeping was virtually non-existent. The room smelled musty, and cleaning was barely done. The air conditioning hardly worked. Getting help was a nightmare, as the front desk never answered the phone. We had to go downstairs every time we needed assistance, and when we did, the staff was completely indifferent. But the worst part? We couldn't even check out and find another option because the prepayment was non-refundable. We were stuck there, unable to leave, and it was a total nightmare. This place is a total scam. It’s far from luxury and barely even qualifies as a budget motel. I will never stay here again or in any of their affiliated hotels, even if they paid me. I’m telling everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs. Do not stay here! It’s a disgrace to the hospitality industry. Take a look at the pictures and judge yourself.

I never made it to this hotel- I booked free cancellation for a trip a year in advance for one night and I then cancelled the accomodation a few weeks later- had to wait nearly two months to get a charge of £482 refunded to my card - it took several phone calls to Puerto Rico many of which were put down on me and even got *********** involved- eventually the money was refunded but it was £20 less - apparantly as exchange rate had changed and international charges were not covered…. Don’t book this hotel … it’s not acceptable to take your money one year in advance for a booking that’s free cancellation…and then have to fight to get it back

My trip was ruined because of this hotel I absolutely had the worse time ever they have a team of thieves all working together.
