크라운 플라자 콩코드/월넛 크리크(Crowne Plaza Concord/Walnut Creek)

和酒店前台説了，和收拾房間服務員説了，就是沒人打掃房間。這服務態度沒誰了。正常酒店都是打掃房間，這個酒店水破大天也沒人理，也沒人打掃房間。

We stayed at the Concord Plaza with a whole football team and it was great! The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The hotel was full and the atmosphere was great! The rooms were older but we had a good nights rest. If you are ever in Concord I would recommend this hotel.

We got there Monday morning asked for extra towels , left for the day came back no towels .. Tuesday morning went to take a shower an it-sprayed out the seal was broken , flush the toilet an handle gets stuck didn’t know so it ran an ran an ran tell I pulled Handel up .. so I call to desk am the phone cord has a short in it .. which then I was like this is the worst. Talk to front desk an tell them all the issues so I told them it’s my bday we will be gone all day can this stuff be fixed an please again towels an toilet paper. Well we get back 8:30 ish nothing fixed , No towels, no toilet paper, I call again, I’m so sorry I can send someone right up, I said we have been gone all day we’re going to bed now but can u do it in the morning , so again gone all day come back late again nothing done no towels no toilet paper so I just decided to go to the office cause I’m getting no we’re with this, I talk to a man a woman an told them everything they gave me towels an toilet paper an offered to give me a new room but by the 3 rd day of using the same towels an sparing toilet paper plus we we’re leaving that morning not worth changing rooms… oh an they gave me a 49.00 credit back to my card for the stay for the inconvenience but this was the worst …

The rooms are very out dated. The carpet in the room had so many stains. The bathrooms are so small, if your taking a shower the door blocks the shower so you practically climb over the toilet. The door blocks everything in the bathroom. They should concider pocket doors for a

The room was very dirty, carpet was peeling back in multiple spots, stains everywhere, crayon marks were all over the walls, and overall the room was outdated. But at least the towels and sheets looked clean, so that’s good.

Most of the amenities advertised where unavailable, rooms where old and looked not clean. I requested non smoking room because I had my baby with me and the room smelled like cigarettes. Parking was expensive and location was difficult for Uber to have access, very disappointing for the price and feel like I was ripped off because it’s not what they advertised on the app.

Pretty inside, but not as advertised; the restaurant is closed, the bar is close, the indoor pool and spa are closed, and the man at the desk, named either Fernando or Francisco was very rude, demanding I pay 16.00 for parking. I stayed there two other days in the last week and the front desk staff just validated my room key to go in and out as I please. This man told me in a rude voice five times that I had to pay 16 dollars to park my car. I will never stay here again when I visit this area.

Good place to spend the night, unfortunately the restaurant the hot tub were both closed. The air-condition is also very noisy. The room was nice and spacious and the staff was extremely friendly. Overall I would say I enjoyed my stay here and thank the staff for being so great.

This was previously the Concord Sheraton. Hadn't ever stayed there before. Moved away and had to come back into the Bay Area for a death in the family. They lived in Concord, so we gave this place a try as it was close to where we needed to be. First night wasn't bad, but second night, wasn't so great. Had someone in the room above us blasting rap music until 4:00am, and they must have weighed a lot, as when they got up it sounded like the building was going to come down. If you don't know Concord, it's kind of ghetto. Crime is up, and it's dirty.
