The room is perfect for business travelers, students, and vacationers. The main house could also be occupied and we ask not to bother them. Visitors- NO VISITORS! Only those number of guests that have booked are allowed in the studio. There will be extra charges if cameras see more people entering. Parties are unsafe and will be shut down, reservation will be cancelled, and no refund given. Multiple listings- The main house could be occupied however Encounters with other guests are unlikely. Smoking - No smoking, anywhere. There will be a $150 remediation charge for quick ozone treatment and scrub down before the next guest. Pets - No pets allowed. Special Cleaning is needed due to pet allergies of future guests. This will result in a $150 additional cleaning charge. Door Mini Blinds - The upper left Slider will open and close the blinds, the right slider will raise and lower them. Air - The window unit provides hot and cold air. Iron - The iron is located under the sink. You can set the ironing board up on the counter and plug the iron in on the left power strip. Bath Towels- Do not use towels to wash off makeup. Do not use bath towels to wipe blood or bodily fluids. Only use paper towels provided. Messes - Please pickup any messes with the paper towels, provided under the sink. Stains on bedding or towels will result in a back charge to cover the cost of these items. Street Parking - parking is available anywhere in front of the house. Please do not park on the driveway as this is reserved for the other listings. Noise - There is a 10pm cut off for general noise, music, etc. Bedding - The bed should be left unmade as we strip and wash all bedding after each guest. Valuables - The Host and VRBO are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
