The restaurant staff was extremely rude and arrogant. Any request was met with the standard response: “This is the hotel’s policy.” The breakfast offered included set options that couldn’t be combined, rather than a buffet-style meal. For example, if I chose an omelet, I wasn’t allowed to add cold cuts, cheese, or even a simple cucumber. I was told that this was what the 35 lei breakfast included. However, I had booked a room with breakfast included, not a 35 lei breakfast. So, at this hotel, an omelet, a juice, and a coffee cost 35 lei—which would be fine if it weren’t for the sheer lack of flexibility and customer service. Additionally, the hotel’s restaurant does not allow tipping via card, despite this being legally required for a long time, again citing “hotel policy.” On a positive note, the room was clean, and the bed was large and well-presented. However, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, significantly affecting sleep quality. In conclusion, this was a disappointing experience that ruined our stay, and I will certainly avoid this location in the future.
