Chambre "chinoiserie" pour une nuit. Chambre tres belle, salle de bain magnifique avec douche à l'italienne et baignoires. Proche commodités et à proximité du lac et du lieu d'embarquement du ferry. Cependant la vue sur le lac depuis la chambres est anecdotique. Maisle reste rattrape cela.

괜찮은 곳이지만, 전문적으로 관리되지 않았습니다. 저희의 경험은, 객실이 에어컨으로 인해 과열되어서, 투숙객이 객실에서 조절할 수 없다는 것입니다. 그래서 저희는 그곳에서 매우 나쁜 밤을 보냈고, 아침에 이 문제를 개선하기 위해 피드백을 주었을 때, 피드백을 받는 대신 그들에게 전화해야 했다고 들었습니다. 호텔/B&B 관리자로서 이런 종류의 문제를 해결하거나 사전에 투숙객에게 알려야 합니다.

Centrally located. Tastefully decorated. Small but efficient rooms. Super clean. Helpful staff. Limited but adequate breakfast. Not easy to get to but we received a video of how to find the hotel the morning of our check in which was extremely useful. Négative reviewers have a point about the lake view…but if you want a view of Como lake…book Villa d’Este at 3-4000 euros a night! We pre-booked parking which is super convenient right across the street.Would definitely recommend.

Let me start by saying that this cute little boutique hotel is very very difficult to find if the hosts have not provided the information ahead of time. They had not for us. Once you find it, you will be amazed at the hotel lobby. Check in is fairly easy and was great if done before 7 pm (the staff does depart after 7) but there are a few stairs to go down with your luggage and there was no bell person to assist us. The room was beautiful and is nestled in a cute yard. Our issue was the Air Conditioning was not working. We asked to have it repaired and unfortunately were told it only works in June 🤷🏻‍♀️. Breakfast was however delicious and the breakfast room beautiful! Check out was strange, no small talk no making sure everything had been ok. In my opinion, this hotel could use properly trained staff. Everyone in Italy was so welcoming… except at this hotel. I suppose I expected a little more!

Tucked back behind some lakefront restaurants, this gem of a hotel was a true find. Quaint, charming, well-appointed, and an excellent location. It's like you are in an old convent with courtyards that has been lovingly restored and updated. Old stone walls in the rooms. There is only a small sign on a wall on the walkway back to the hotel - you will miss it and not know if you are in the right place, but the staff of the restaurants probably get asked so much, that one of them approached us and asked if we were looking for the hotel. :-) No street noise. Breakfast under the arches outside the main entrance started our days beautifully. Food was probably the best we had for breakfasts in two-week trip. Fresh fruit included berries; pastry and bread selection was great, cheese, vegetables, grains - something for everyone. The front desk staff were super helpful and warm. We loved our room - the Coloniale. Easy key-pad entry, umbrellas for use (which we had to use). This property exudes character and is not your run-of-the mill chain. It is a boutique experience and we loved every minute of our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely and unique boutique hotel. It truly is a hidden gem and is in a good location. The breakfast was great too! We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
