This hotel knocks it out of the ball park. We've been on an 18 day trip trough England, France and Italy. We stayed at a variety of 5 star hotels and feel that Vista Lago di Como was our favorite...decor, dining, location and the exclusive feeling of personalized attention was just spot on without feeling pretentious or uncomfortable. Easy elegance perfectly executed!

We had an incredible hotel experience. The service and attention to detail were top notch. I celebrated my birthday there and was gifted so many special little treats through the stay that just made the trip extra memorable. A huge thank you to the entire staff. I can’t wait to visit again!

I had the pleasure of staying at Vista Lado di Como and I must say, this was an unforgettable experience. Their service is impeccable and everyone is incredible attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The property is stunning. The rooms are elegant with stunning bathrooms and amenities. The bed linens are exquisite and they even have a pillow menu to choose from. Loved the location as it is the perfect place to take day trips around the lake from and come back for amazing dinners. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

One of the best trips we have ever taken hands down. The hotel is 5 stars across the board. Alberto and the staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. My wife and i did "The One" experience with Alberto--- unbelievable. We can not say enough about the hotel, its location, the views and the staff. We will 100% be coming back.

The staff were exceptional; very friendly, helpful & flexible. The restaurant, Sottovoce, was some of the best food we've ever had. Absolutely wonderful. We went twice! Lovely property, fantastic location. Room and bathroom were well appointed with many wonderful extras.

One of the best experiences of our life…. Perfetto. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated like royalty…. Nothing was too much of a problem and everything was simply perfect. The rooms were exquisite, the coffee and food delightful, the team were attentive and the location was outstanding…. We have stayed at several luxury hotels and resorts and Vista provided some of the best service I have ever experienced! They reached out a few days prior to our arrival to offer help with our itinerary and take special requests. The requests we made, such as extra water and pillows, they already had in the room when we arrived. They helped with reservations and would literally walk us over to restaurants, making it easy on us. The room was nice and updated and bonus, there was an American power outlet. It was worth every penny and I would book again with no hesitation.

My wife an I enjoyed an amazing experience at the Vista Lago Di Como. It is convenient to shopping and dining, right on the lake and accommodations are beautiful. More importantly, the staff, beginning with Alberto, the Butler and the front desk team are wonderful. They were always responsive and helped us plan a bot tour, trips to Lugano and Bellagio and meals. The restaurant also was excellent! This hotel is one of the best we have ever experienced.
