Everything is perfect (location, workersl, cleaning, breakfast, the only minus is size of the room.

Super elegant hotel ,tasty breakfast and perfect view

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The initial room we were booked to seemed to have been previously occupied by smokers. Having specifically requested a non smoking room, we were provided with an alternative room swiftly. Mattia, who received us at the reception for check-in showed us to the room and made sure everything was to our liking. Dinner was lovely and so was the breakfast buffet. The staff were very friendly at all times.

Only one thing i wasn't happy with.we would've liked to have had cocktails in the evening at the bar room wth the view but was told every night it was booked for dinner or parties.i paid for that part but wasn't able to use.

Her şey mükemmel. Otel atmosferi ve konumu gerçekten eşsiz durumda. Tek sıkıntı olarak wifi sık sık kopuyordu ama diğer her şeyi ile mükemmel bir otel

Conveniently located near everything

Very close to the train station (14 min walking from Como San Giovanni station and about 5 min from Como Nord Lago. Place is elegant but laid back. Rooms have traditional wood furniture but pops of color and nice window, it’s pretty quiet… no rooms with lake vie but it’s just steps aways from the lake and ferry station. Breakfast was superb! Service was fabulous, would stay there again in a heart beat~

El hotel aunque tiene sus años de antigüedad, lo conservan muy bien. Instalaciones limpias, cuentan con calefacción lo cual amamos por que hacía mucho frio y lluvia. El espacio es pequeño pero suficiente. El buffete no fue espectacular, la comida cumple su cometido pero pudo haber sido mejor. Sin embargo, la ubicación es perfecta para quienes vienen en tren, y justo en frente tienen el ferry y a un lado, la estación de buses.

Ottima struttura, elegante location e posizione centralissima a bordo lago. Personale gentilissimo e attento. Colazione sia per location che per varietà ottima. purtroppo la camera non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative, letto matrimoniale ottenuto dall'unione di due letti singoli e bagno attrezzato per l'handicap piuttosto scomodo.
