Great hotel, perfect location for Santa Catalina district and old town. Clean, great service, nice pool area with roof top bar and nice spa area with small but usable gym. Had breakfast one day, good selection and fresh options, would definitely use this one again

Would have been 5 star until last day as we checked out. The hotel is beautiful and combines parts of the basilica and an old print works. Its situated in the old town and accessible to all the best bits of Palma in minutes. It’s a tasteful design of old and new with an incredible front entrance and breakfast room and amazing sunset views over the city from the roof terrace. Our room was lovely with original vintage prints on the walls, discovered when the hotel was converted The pool is tiny which was a little disappointing as I had expected it to be big enough to swim in. It’s just a dipping pool. A few more choices of different nuts and seeds at breakfast would have been good but the omelettes were to die for. On our last night my husband hurt his head and and ended up staining the sheet and pillow with blood. I had also stained a robe and 2 towels with hair dye. (I had asked if there were any black towels when we arrived but they had none which I appreciate is fair enough) We were both concerned about the stains and mentioned it to the cleaner. She said it was fine and they could be cleaned. Unfortunately the hotel manager didn’t feel the same. He then proceeded to attempt charge us 100€ for this. He then brought the price down to 80€ (just like that) 80€ to clean or replace a pillow case, sheet, robe and 2 towels?! I would have expected to pay half that, plus surely a charge should be in place for such things within the hotels T’s and C’s? It felt as if the price had been plucked from thin air and left a bit of a bitter taste after what had been an u forgettable stay. We had been very apologetic but honesty didn’t pay off.

Lovely boutique hotel with first class staff who were helpful and friendly. Reception staff organised at short notice a fabulous boat trip. So delighted housekeeping staff found my earrings which I accidentally left in bathroom area. Highly recommend location and overall high standard of guest experience.

이것은 마요르카에 머무르는 것이 처음이었고 우리는 더 나은 호텔을 선택할 수 없었습니다. 위치는 팔마의 좁은 거리 사이에서 환상적이며 많은 좋은 바와 레스토랑과 가깝습니다. 팔마의 어느 위치까지나 걸어서 갈 수 있었습니다. 방(스위트)은 침대, 욕조 및 별도의 샤워 시설을 위한 메자닌 바닥으로 훌륭했습니다. 1층에는 잘 갖춰져 있는 미니바와 많은 의자가 있었습니다. 유일한 문제는 많은 전등 스위치의 목적을 해결하려고 노력하는 것이었습니다. 아침 식사는 현지 마요르카 특선 요리를 위한 테이블을 포함하여 다양한 음식으로 하이라이트였습니다. 글루텐 프리 선택은 우리가 맛본 최고의 글루텐 프리 크루아상으로 광범위했습니다. 아침 식사를 위한 안뜰은 하루를 시작하기에 조용한 곳이었습니다. 옥상 테라스에는 여러 섹션과 많은 의자가 있으며 10월 말의 놀랍도록 더운 날씨에 유용한 그늘진 공간이 있습니다. 우리가 도착했을 때 우리는 방문할 장소, 모든 취향에 맞는 레스토랑에 대한 팁과 제안을 제공하고 팔마 주변을 찾는 방법을 알고 있는지 확인한 환상적인 Anna로부터 따뜻한 환영을 받았습니다. 무료 카바 안경을 홀짝이며. 우리는 우리 가방을 방으로 배달 한 친절하고 도움이되는 Jesse에 의해 우리 방으로 안내되었습니다. 그는 아침 식사를 찾을 곳과 옥상 테라스로가는 길을 보여주었습니다. 우리는 공항에서 호텔에 도착하기 위해 택시를 사용했고 택시 기사는 호텔 앞까지 가는 길을 찾기 위해 최선을 다했지만 모든 일방통행 거리 때문에 조금 떨어져서 멈춰야 했습니다. 그러나 우리는 1분 거리에 있고 입구를 찾기 쉽기 때문에 신경 쓰지 않았습니다.

This is a lovely hotel on the heart of Palma! What impressed my husband and I the most was the warm and charming service we received from Joaquim Vidal, each request for a service or a restaurant recommendation was met with sincere thoughtfulness and enthusiasm! We were so impressed…he does the job of three people, compared to some similar boutique, high end properties that we frequent. He is a true gem!
