This was our second family holiday at this hotel. We loved it so much last year that we booked to come back and brought another family with us. Rooms Our favourite part of this hotel is the rooms. So much space and storage, plus very comfortable beds (even the sofa bed in the lounge), and gorgeous towels and Rituals toiletries. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and fridge. The balcony has the best views and is lovely to sit out day or night. Breakfast Breakfast is phenomenal. The only comment I'd make is that you have to queue for fried eggs with people wanting omelettes, and they would be better out with the other food. There is everything you could want/imagine, and the outdoor dining area is stunning. Pool When we visited last year, we had zero issues; however, this time around, we encountered problems with the app for ordering, and it was a little more chaotic than usual. Additionally, a couple of drinks were incorrect. There are many lovely sunbeds and a nice pool. What I love is the towel system. You can take as many as you want and return them at the end of the day. They are of a lovely quality. The only downside to this is that people leave their towels on the sunbeds instead of handing back, and this can mean sunbeds are left occupied by others wanting a bed, but there were always sunbeds available. Area One of the only downsides is that the supermarkets are a bit of a walk. There is a fantastic sunset bar on the beach in front of the hotel, which we went to a couple of times, and we got taxis to Fanabe front and the golden mile on an evening. There is a lot of choice and taxis are plentiful, so we didn't mind. Summary I've stayed in many Tenerife hotels and this is by far the best. The service is next level, and all staff are very friendly and eager to help. Our room had a couple of niggles, such as the door sticking and the shower head being loose, but we managed fine! We stayed here last year for our anniversary and it was the most chilled I have ever been on any holiday! The room was lovely and had everything you could need and It was so quiet, which as a very light sleeper was welcomed. The balcony was large and had perfect views over the sea. We spent so much time on there. I felt totally zen! The buffet breakfast was lovely, and Justine was so amazing explaining everything to us in great detail, which was much appreciated, as in some hotels you are left to work things out for yourself, which isn’t great for 4-5star hotels. Ange and the rest of the staff were so helpful and friendly too. Our stay was so good that We booked again on our return to the uk, and can’t wait to spend our 10th year Anniversary there this December 2025
