We hadn't book a room and arrived on spec as we had been visiting in the area and decided to spend the night away. Very friendly and helpful staff. They had one room left which was basic but comfortable. At 115 EURO we felt it was maybe a wee bit overpriced. It had a small balcony which looked onto a street and some trees. The bathroom was clean and functional. The best part of the hotel were the public areas which were many. Every floor had seating areas all displaying different art. There is a large outside swimming pool with a grassy area to sit on. There is also a cafe on the ground floor where we had coffee in the morning. The restaurant was amazing. The staff were very friendly and the portions of food were enormous. As a starter, I chose fish soup (which was delicious) and they left the tureen so you could help yourself to however much you wanted. My partner had a plate of ham which was piled high. This was part of a set menu for 20,91 EURO - three course, bread and a bottle of house wine. Very good value. Not the most attractive building from the outside but there was ample parking and definitely a good place to spend the night.

Hotel très classe mais pas adapté pour les Français, à part deux personnes qui maîtrisent notre langue donc pas de TV Française on ne peut pas modifier et piscine très sale impraticable au mois de juin grande chaleur, un point d'honneur au personnel attentif en particulier aux serveuses de la cafétéria qui font tout pour vous satisfaire après le passage au petit déjeuner de cars de tourisme qui ont dévalisé le buffet

El hotel es una maravilla el personal excelente el trato afable y familiar.Para destacar sin duda su carta y menú y el chef encantador.El chuletón y la parrillada de verduras podían ser de tres estrellas Michelin. El lugar muy accesible y con una zona verde excelente de juegos para el entretenimiento de los más pequeños. Las habitaciones muy agradables y cómodas y la limpieza genial.

Hotel antiguo, básico (para llegar a recepción hay que subir escalones). La mujer que nos recibió era seca, rallando la antipatía. La habitación cómoda pero sin aire acondicionado, limpia sin entrar en detalles, con baño antiguo (con bañera, no ducha). Recomiendo que pidan una habitación que dé a los jardines, no a la carretera. Es más cara pero más tranquila. Los exteriores están cuidados, amplios, ideales para ir con niños; dos piscinas, una para adultos y otra para niños. El desayuno de nuevo básico, aunque destaco la amabilidad y buena atención de las camareras y encargada.

Het hotel is wat verouderd. Bedden zijn aan de harde kant. Het bad zat niet lekker door een knop in de rug. Personeel is vriendelijk. Ontbijt wat karig. Gratis parkeren voor het hotel. Verder waren de kamers benauwd ondanks het luchten. Restaurant is van 21.00 tot 22.00 open. Het eten was eenvoudig, wel lekker, maar aan de grote kant. Kamers waren wel stil.

La situación del hotel está aprox a 2 km de Eliozondo, no se puede ir andando ya q no hay arcén, por lo q es peligroso cuando se hace oscuro. La comida era de muy baja calidad. La habitación correcta, limpieza bien.
