We stayed in room 203 for one night before our flight from Barcelona, and I feel compelled to share my experience. While I expected an economy-class hotel, it should still meet reliable 3 -star standards; unfortunately, this hotel falls far short. I would rate it no more than 1 star.
The room is outdated and desperately in need of renovation, with dead mosquitoes on the walls and furniture that looks at least 30- 40 years old. There was a persistent bad smell inside the room, and the old air conditioning unit was noisy, making it difficult to relax. To make matters worse, there was mold residue in the bathroom, adding to the overall unpleasant atmosphere. The mattress and pillows were utterly disgusting, resulting in a sleepless night.
I requested a room change after stepping into the room, but I was informed that no other rooms were available, despite having booked this hotel 30 days in advance. Moreover, the pictures on the hotel’s website are severely misleading; the actual room is a complete different from what was advertised. When I raised these issues with the front desk staff, their only response was a half-hearted "sorry," with no offer of compensation.
This is unequivocally the worst hotel I have ever encountered. I strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere—it's simply not worth the any price .
