Very nice room except refrigerator made very loud noise. Turned down thermostat and it stopped. Breakfast was great and a nice lady made sure there was always plenty of food. Weight room is more a harm to the quality of the property. Only a few things and they don't work. Even the clock is broke.

The staff made the experience awesome. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I appreciate that especially when my father had passed away that weekend I stayed there.

Wonderful hotel, clean and completely refurbished. Excellent restaurant across the parking lot and also smoke shop, liquor store, and gas station. Nice breakfast and friendly staff

The staff was very kind and accommodating to my needs and my family. They were friendly and helpful as I was in Columbia Tenn to see my dad before he passed away the weekend I was at the hotel. The experience was almost as nice as a five star hotel but a five star staff!

the indoor pool was supposedly at 82 degrees. but it felt like air conditioner was on in the pool room. when i ask about turning heat up in the room i was told it was preset and could not be altered. after spending some time in the cold water, i realizes circulating water was only coming out of half of the jets. 6:00 pm no towels in the pool area. small children with us found 2 empty beer cans under bed in our room. shower in one room stopped working second day.

Nice hotel. Clean, friendly employees. About 35 minute to Lynchburg, Jack Daniels Distillery. Two restaurants, liquor store and gas station on property. I would stay again

Great location. Clean. Nice and capable staff. My one and only complaint was the breakfast room was way too small. Ten people in line for waffles that took several minutes to cook. Could not maneuver anywhere in that small room to get to the other food choices

Worn out sheets & towels. Housekeeping only makes beds every other day. Cobwebs and stains everywhere. Gym equipment not working.
