Nicer than the other hotels in the area. Clean and the staff is polite. There is overnight security in the lot, which adds to the secure feeling. The rooms are comfy and clean. Breakfast is well put together with good selections. The location is just off the main highway (25) so it’s convenient to almost anywhere in Springs.

Beware of staying at this Residence Inn, as my experience has been permanently marred. The staff here engages in collective dishonesty, tarnishing the reputation of the entire establishment. I arrived at the extended stay hotel at 3 am on Chris**as Eve and had previously called to ensure a smooth check-in process. Management assured me that a late check-in was possible. However, upon arrival, the hotel was deserted, and security informed me that Judy, a staff member, was at the Fairfield Inn across the parking lot due to a system outage. After a confrontation with Judy, during which she charged my card without prior notice, the situation escalated. It's important to note that these charges occurred while I was stranded on top of a mountain in snowy conditions. Despite the system outage, she insisted on a $400 security deposit, citing policy. Resigned and exhausted at 3 am, I agreed to use a different card. After our argument, Judy agreed to let me stay if I walked back to the Fairfield Inn (2725 Geyser Drive) to ask the manager, Matthew, if that was okay. So, reluctantly, I did. After explaining and apologizing the manager gave me a room key for a room at the Fairfield just for the night. He said go get some sleep but the room he gave me wasn't ready. When my fiancé expressed displeasure about the room and Judy, Matthew, decided to escalate the situation by calling 911 and falsely claiming my fiancé alone was refusing to leave. He NEVER mentioned me in his report. The following day, discovering additional charges on my account, I returned to the Residence Inn. The woman working day shift IMMEDIATLY began treating me differently because of the night prior. She plastered on a fake smile and then made excuses for helping out 3 other people even though I was there first! Then, instead of helping she provided false information about holds on my account in order to stall me until the her boss showed up. I endured all of this only to discover that the entire night shift fabricated a report about us being violent and aggressive and refusing to leave. The day shift manager fixed the issue and then I left. This experience was a nigh**arish sequence of lies and mistrea**ent. The evening shift staff, particularly Judy, Matthew, and their small security guard. Should reflect on their actions. This Marriott has proven to be the worst I've ever encountered. Potential guests, especially disabled veterans, should exercise caution and explore alternatives such as the LA Quinta Inn across the street. Beware of deceptive reviews; the staff at this establishment appears to be unified in dishonesty, even towards disabled veterans.

Don't book here. The technology is subpar... the entire system shuts down in the middle of the night. They can't give you a room key but they CAN charge you hundreds in security deposit fees the night you arrive. The staff is EXTREMELY rude. They are ill prepared. The evening shift can't help you AT ALL even though they pretend they can. Management will call the police on you and accuse you of something you did not do. Just to prove a point. The ENTIRE evening shift should be ashamed. This is by far the worst Marriott I have ever visited! Save your money and just go the LA Quinta Inn across the street. Merry Chris**as.

We're not difficult to please. All we ask for in a hotel is ac/heating that works, a bed that's reasonably comfortable and bug free, and working plumbing. The Residence Inn did not meet those expectations. Toilet didn't flush at check-in. Didn't want to move to another room on another floor so I borrowed a plunger. After a few minutes of working it more or less lazily flushed; there were black metallic scratches in the bowl indicating that it had recently been snaked. Went to bed. Woke up the next morning: no flush, just a lot of swirling water. Went back downstairs, borrowed another plunger, worked on it again until it flushed. Then we checked out. This room should have been blocked rather than renting it; I understood from (undisclosed staff members) that plumbing had been an issue for some time. Desk staff was friendly, apologetic and accommodating throughout.

Room pics look better than actual rooms. Layout was inconvenient for family of 3. There was a problem with internet. On Sunday breakfast service was poor. Overall very average to below average hotel.

This is a cozy hotel with big rooms, a full kitchen (dishes included) and comfortable beds. It's conveniently located near restaurants and a Target that are all within walking distance. Their rooms were clean and they serve free hot breakfast every morning. It's not too far from the COS airport. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place, and I would stay here again.

Room I was in had a water pump / air conditioning master unit, which was very noisy, and came on throughout the night.

The staff was wonderful. It was easy for us to get to the airport on a shuttle, but the room smelled of do urine. The carpet was filthy.

Lately we have found some Marriott properties to be a little disappointing. This was another one. It is not a bad hotel. The room was clean, and everything worked. The building could use some spiffing up, but it was not yet shabby. The one person working the from desk was competent, but there should have been at least two on duty. There was nothing to make us want to stay there again, and the place is just poor value. They charge too much for what they deliver and add on a silly five dollar parking charge (for parking in a huge parking lot shared with a Fairfield) as a parting insult.
