Stayed for one night whilst on a layover in Majorca (and wanting to visit Cabrera Islands). The hotel consists of two parts, the aparthotel, which also includes the reception, restaurant and main bar, and the hotel which is in a separate building across the road. I had booked half board and arrived just in time, as the restaurant closed early for Spain, indeed they had already cleared the deserts before I had a chance to try any, but otherwise the food was very good, as was breakfast, with a good selection of options. Drinks were not included, which does mean a better selection and quality then you would find at most all-inclusive hotels, drinks prices seemed reasonable (at least compared to UK Prices). The room was a reasonable size, clean and modern, good bed, good warm shower, good Wi-Fi. The hotel is well located in Colonia Sant Jordi, close to the centre, eastern beaches, and ferry to Cabrera. The price was good value, and the hotel nice and quiet (although it was an autumn stay, well away from the summer holidays). Nothing to do with the hotel, but its worth noting the taxi to and from the airport was expensive, much cheaper to hire a car for a short visit.

good pools but small size rooms compared to the price. there’s a leaky shower and fridge is not correct temperature. hotel cleaners often forget to replace towels. VERY overpriced drinks (€3 for a 500ml bottle of water!). most staff are friendly but some are rude and unwelcoming particularly the restaurant manager.

We stayed in the hotel part of the complex on half board...it was quiet, the beds were so comfortable and room was clean.. Absolutely nothing to fault The food was amazing...if you love good food..it's not a burger and chips hotel, it's good bread, plenty of choice of good quality wholesome food.. Will go back there for definite...

It’s not a 4star hotel. Max a 3 stars. The amenities need improvement. Gym is awful. One towel per guest is left in the bathroom and very small. Had to ask for a second at the reception. Same for the bath soaps. Also, bed and sofas are the terrible. If you are half board be aware that the drinks are not included in the evening. And I mean no even a jag of water is offered, in order to make you order and pay for it. Food is ok, but no so fresh! Good point: the pools are very nice. They need to review standards and not describe itself as 4star. I’m honestly disappointed. Not recommend it. Sorry!

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel and it has always been superb, due to the pandemic we hadn't been since 2019 but we got a warm welcome from the staff who recognised us from our previous visits, we requested a certain room and got that room on arrival, we didn't get there until midnight on the first day but the staff had left food for us in the restaurant which we really appreciated. The pool area is brilliant and the pool bar staff especially the cook are excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back, I want to say a special thanks to Carlos who worked on the bar, he was wonderful with me and my family and we were generally sad to say goodbye to him.

We booked this accommodation lastminute, although half board was included, we didn’t intend on having our meals at the hotel, we mainly booked it for the location. We ended up having breakfast and dinner at the hotel every single day. The paella on July 2nd was better than at many Paella restaurants. In general we were very happy with the room, service and the food and we would return.
