Our apartment is newly built. It is conveniently situated close to the beach (50 mts.), but away from the noise, in a very quiet area. On the first floor there is the kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the upper floor there is a separate bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace. The house is equipped with everything necessary for the care and entertainment of children: cot, toys. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a coffee maker and a kettle. It has air conditioning (hot and cold) as well as wifi Internet connection. We have an indoor private parking space and bicycles. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

We loved our stay! We loved our stay in St. Jordi! This 2 story apartment was so well kept and vary spacious for our family of 4. The patio was so cute and nice to have time to sit and relax. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, as well as some beach supplies in the storage closet. We did use the parking and it was very convenient (narrow dryway fyi). Joan was so nice and easy to work with when we had questions and needed to communicate. The location is great and you can do a lot even without a car. 2 nice beach areas nearby, the port with a lot of restaurants and shops, and a great bakery and gelato very close by too! We would love to return someday!

It does not get any better! We love Colonia de Sant Jordi and have been there many times. This time, however, we also had the perfect vacation home. A beautiful apartment that even exceeded our expectations, an incredibly kind and caring host who took great care of us. Everything super clean! Great beds! A beautiful lodgia with lounge area and dining table AND a sun terrace. We have recovered very well and are sad that the time passed so quickly. We will be back and recommend! Thank you very much Joan!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit der schönen Umgebung Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung gehabt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir haben alles, was man im Urlaub braucht da gefunden. Uns fehlte nichts. Umgebung ist auch schön. Die geographische Lage von Colonia Sant Jordi macht ist besonders und macht es Stadt attraktiv. Bis zu Strand und Promenade dauert es nur wenige Minuten. Die Geschäfte liegen ganz in der Nähe von der Wohnung. Besonders hah uns empfohlenen von Joan Gemüseladen gefallen 🙂

Tolles Apartment in guter Lage Das Apartment ist genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Tolle Raumaufteilung, sehr gute Ausstattung, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr gut, neue und bequeme Matratzen. Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnbereich. Ein sehr schöner großer Balkon. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Parken konnte man in der Tiefgarage. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Nur 50m entfernt ist die Hafenpromenade mit einigen Restaurants und Geschäften. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und schnell über WhatsApp. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durch das Apartment geführt und haben zur Umgebung viele Tipps bekommen. Wir empfehlen dieses Apartment sehr gerne weiter und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder. Vielen Dank für einen sehr entspannten Urlaub und liebe Grüße an Joan.
