This is a horror movie hotel. Imagine decay, filth, bugs, crack-addicts, toxic black mold, bodily fluid stains everywhere even the lampshade. And that is where you will bed down your beloved family. Trust all of the 1-star reviews because there’s no zero-star option.

Worst hotel I have stayed in the last 20 years. Strongly recommend against staying at this hotel. Initial room I was given had not been cleaned since previous guest stayed. Second room had cockroaches and sever water damage to drywall. The overall condition of the hotel is poor.

This place really should be bulldozed. We stayed here for a football game and it has no redeeming qualities at all. It’s really a complete dump. Due to the game it was over $400 for us for a night. We couldn’t get out of our room quick enough in the morning.

Booked this location on ******* because of the price. Checked in and was put in their annex across the street behind a vacant building. This hotel annex is not in a safe location! Walked into a dirty room with dead bugs all over. Immediately walked back to the office and the young man behind the counter refused to give a refund saying since I signed the contract I was obligated to stay at the hotel or pay a cancellation fee. We argued how bugs weren’t in that contract and how I couldn’t stay after walking into that room. The front desk clerk got irritated and told me to leave. Pictures are attached

NOO! Run down and very smelly!! A true dump! I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this must be the very worst. The only good thing was I did not get bedbugs. But this is a really gross dump and I cannot believe Wyndham and it’s brand La Quinta would permit this. Any moment now the demolition ball must likely be coming here.

Staff was nice and sheets clean. Other than that, filthy property, nasty stained carpets and shower curtains. All that is missing is bullet hole and blood splatter. Something literally grew in pool water during our one day stay. Breakfast is ok but only sugar and carbs. Location great, but property needs a full renovation. Owner is obviously doing everything as cheap as possible. Could command higher charge is actually cleaned up. AVOID
