The rooms do not match the photos that are advertised here. It's much smaller, and facilities such as fridge do not exist. More so, the room we were checked into the first time had dirty bedsheets. There were strands of hair on the linen and stains on bath towels. We asked reception for a room change, which they accommodated, but the second room had hair on the sheets as well. At this point we were too fed up to move out again so we dealt with it.
All in all, had a bad experience with Premier and won't be staying with them again.

Not much to say poor night's sleep due to fan like noise coming from a vent had everything turned of air con toilet fan ect still continuous, Food was made well just poor ingredients so well done to chef on presentation, wasn't aware you had to upgrade pay if you actually wanted to use WiFi as standard was super slow

Was all going well until I received a knock on the door at 11:10am, and then somebody walking into my room at 11:30am. Luckily, I wasn’t indecent. I checked, and the checkout time is indeed 12pm. If you want to start cleaning before then, you need a more adequate system than simply dropping a card into a box to checkout.

Not the best view of the hotel currently as there is scaffolding across the front of the building, but we had received an email notifying us in advance and this didn't impact our stay in any way. The welcome from Darek was exceptional and every member of the team we encountered was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to help without even being asked. The hotel is spotless, we had a large comfy room with ample space for 2 additional beds, and it is also perfectly located for exploring the High Street and the Brewery Quarter. I'd happily book again.

Stayed at Premier Inn Cheltenham from December 2024 to May 2025 aprrox 2/3 times a week Rooms spacious clean Facilities clean and well kept Food and service always great All the team are amazing but Lainey and Tia Always went the extra mile and made my stay here feel like home

The hotel itself was good. The staff were amazing and the room was great. However during my stay all I could hear was this squeaking sound from the ceiling also the rooms aren’t very sound proof. It was extremely noisy at night. Even with my hear things in that didn’t work. The room I had was good enough for one night stay but I don’t think I would say there for longer

My partner and I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel, it's ideally placed right in the town, with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops closeby and a bus stop right outside the door, with frequent buses to the railway station and elsewhere. The staff were welcoming and pleasant, our Accessible room comfortable, clean and adequately furnished. The continental breakfast was excellent. We will be visiting again!

Excellent location for enjoying Cheltenham. NCP car parking an easy suitcase-push away. What more is there to say? However the review has to be longer, so I'll say that this Premier Inn had the friendly staff, cleanliness and comfy mattress that I expect.

Great stay in this Premier Inn. We opted for a Premier Inn plus room which was comfortable and had some nice extras - good coffee machine and the fridge was useful as well. Comfortable beds. Really clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff at check in, the bar and breakfast time. Car park is convenient - NCP car park which is a very short walk through the Brewery Quarter. Main selling point is the location. Located within Brewery Quarter, the hotel is surrounded by a variety of bars and restaurants and there is plenty to do. The hotel is also well located for the town centre and everything we wanted to do/see was only a short walk away. We will definitely stay again.
