MAIN LEVEL - 1/2 bathroom with laundry access - Kitchen - Coffee bar - Dining room - Living room with 65" TV - 3 seasoned porch (sunroom) with futon (queen) *If you need the futon made up for sleeping, please let us know before your arrival* UPSTAIRS - 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed - 2 full bathrooms BACKYARD - Pergola with hot tub and seating - Stock tank pool - Propane grill - Firepit with seating SANDY BEACH - Beach toys - Fire pit and seating Water toys available Memorial Day to Labor Day - WEATHER DEPENDENT The water level of the lake can be high in the spring and summertime, if this occurs there may be little to no beach on the shoreline. Water/beach shoes are strongly recommended. Servicing of the hot tub to occur every Friday *Please note that stairs to access the beach are across the street from the property. This property does NOT sit directly on the beach. You must cross the street to access the stairs to go down to the beach. **ANY DOCKS IN THE WATER ARE PRIVATE AND OFF LIMIT TO GUESTS!
