While Sural Saray has some positive aspects — such as being an adults-only hotel, having well-maintained common areas, and clean rooms and pool surroundings, a truly magical touch was the live piano music played by an incredibly talented lady in the evenings. Overall, my stay was unfortunately disappointing. The sun loungers by the pool are in poor condition; they are old wooden beds where you can feel every slat when lying down. The quality of the towels provided was also far below expectations. The food was of low quality and did not meet the standards I've experienced in other hotels in Turkey — it was repetitive and lacked flavor. The restaurant service was equally poor. I often had to get up and ask for water myself, as the staff were inattentive. One of the most uncomfortable parts of my stay was the inappropriate behavior of the front office manager who made unwanted advances in a disrespectful manner. This experience left me feeling uneasy and disappointed. I would not choose to return to this hotel.

Just back from this hotel,even though we were the only UK people there we never felt out of place and always understood by most of staff. Everything about the hotel is immaculate,rooms are kept spotless and all areas of hotel are still like new and well maintained,special mention to hope I get his name right as Unam he is a waiter in lobby bar and always greets you with a happy smile and does all he can to please you,a credit to your hotel. We would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Before we are arriving the hotel we thought it is going to be small and very old , but after we arrived we saw the hotel is quite big and it has very big green garden , the cleaning is very good even if the hotel is old , it is totally cean and tidy. The foods were okay there was enough options , best part is animation they try to keep people up.! There are night shows and live musics everynight , special thanks to animation team and the chief , we reccomend the hotel who loves the sandy beach and not so deep sea , bassically the beach was also great !

I had an unforgettable vacation at Sural Saray! The hotel is beautifully located right by a wide, sandy beach – perfect for relaxing. One of the greatest advantages is that it’s adults-only, which ensures a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Everything was exceptionally clean: the pool area, the rooms, and the entire hotel grounds, including the well-kept lawns. The hotel staff deserve special praise – always helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly. It was a very nice vacation and stay at the hotel. From the first moment you feel welcome, all the staff are very friendly. The hotel is very clean, with very nice details and decoration, impeccably arranged surroundings and pools. Lots of space for sun loungers. Nice wellness, possibilities to use the sauna, and for an additional fee also hammam and massages. The rooms are spacious, with a beautiful view of the sea, clean and tidy every day if you want. The food is delicious, plenty of choice, everything freshly prepared. I would only like more fruit. The drinks may be of lower quality. You will not regret choosing this hotel.

The garden is absolutely stunning — truly a paradise within nature. The food is prepared with great care and always fresh. Every detail in the rooms reflects top-notch quality and comfort. They truly deserve all the praise — they go above and beyond. Congratulations to the entire Sural Saray family and their warm, genuinely friendly staff. If I had one complaint, it's that you'll get tired of saying "thank you" all the time! This is a place you should visit with plenty of gratitude in your suitcase.
