Lots of room in a 3bed apt, and good breeze and aspect. Good kitchen setup. Great location to marina and jetty and secure parking.

Great stay, the second I've done in the last year. Great location and well stocked apartments. I would recommend a higher floor apartment in future, as noise seems to transfer from the higher apartments down. Noisy neighbours and general movement seems amplified. This is not on this property but advice given to help better your stay, especially if your purpose there is to relax and catchup on sleep

Great location, spacious clean and tidy apartments. Would definitely recommend if heading to Coffs for a getaway.

The property is located within walking distance to the jetty, markets and beaches. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Positives: Underground car parking unit was modern and well equipped. Negatives: The street lights illuminated the master bedroom throughout night, it was like sunrise,as the blinds on patio windows did little to stop any light entering the bedroom. Think blackout curtains should be installed which would be a quick solution. The front road and heavy freight rail (runs behind the hotel) noise was from late evening till the early hours and for me was challenging as a light sleeper even with my custom earplugs. I could hear the level crossing signals then the trains trundling through The unbelievable bright LED street lighting and road and rail noise isn't the hotels fault, but unfortunately I had such a broken sleep I'll be looking for an alternative accommodation should I revisit Coffs I stayed in Block A Rm10.

The unit was kept very clean and tidy but too many rules for this unit and some items were broken. Also the price is expensive to stay for one night.

The Property is in a great location with a supermarket and Bottlo close along with good quality restaurants. The units are large and the bed was comfortable. But they are looking a little tired. The units we stayed in needs a reno pretty soon. The staff at check-in we lovely, very friendly and well organised

The apartment was very comfortable but noisy due to the proximity of the railway which was very close by.

Lovely apartment But, being on the traffic side was a little noisy also was not aware that NSW rail runs directly in front of the apartments on the beach side That was bloody annoying especially between 2 & 3 am every morning plus daily train traffic Aside from that we enjoyed our stay in Coffs Harbour
