Staff seemed nice and willing to help, until it came down to their valet service. The hotel refuses to associate themselves although it’s a service the hotel forces you to use, you can’t pay to park on your own. When we arrived and let them know of our immediate issue, instead of making it right with valet. The problem was brushed off - we were told to have fun, enjoy our stay, and they will send champagne to our room. We were running late, so we went to the room and thought that’s nice. But champagne never arrived. Room was nice, we had the largest room with city view. There aren’t food options, if you’re hungry and it’s later, plan to door dash and wait hours. Next morning valet lost our car. We waited nearly 2 hours!! We weren’t the only one. Wow… oh but they didn’t charge us for parking. Ha! Again, hotel not associating themselves with the valet. So while the valet are walking all over Cleveland looking for cars they don’t remember where they parked. With people waiting all over the lobby for their cars… the hotel can’t do anything for you, sorry! Yikes. Won’t stay here again. Too disorganized. Too expensive, not worth the money.

AWFULL One Staff was not very friendly when I tried to stake up a conversation, like don' want to talk to me during check in. The Valet parking personnel were great. Last the room was not serviced or cleaned on a daily basis during my stay. When I called the front desk, all I got is excuses on lack of staffing, etc. :NOT MY PROBLEM !!! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STAFF FULLY !!. Considering the property supposed to be a luxury property, I expected better experience and at the very least the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and the staffs to smile. Considering a one night stay can be priced at more than a $1000. It felt more like staying at Day's Inn. Although I am a member of Marriott, this is no way to earn loyalty.

Absolutely love it here. It’s fun, it’s sexy, it’s in proximity of everything..Staff are amazing and polite.

Staff was helpful and friendly especially the bartenders. More attention needs to be paid to cleaning. Always glasses in the hallways on our floor and some were there for more than one day. Good location to access the downtown area

Wish I could attach photos of the love stains all over the nasty couch, the dirty floor, candy all over floor, dirty grimey windows, was so uncomfortable we got up at 645 got our stuff and checked out wasn’t comfortable all night with how nasty the room actually was. For $400+ a night I’ll never stay here again, start yes was very friendly and nice yes. But room is what I was there for and I like a clean room. I’d pick a Hilton forsure again next time no questions asked.

Overall, the hotel was good. There were some cleanliness issues with the room. The sofa had brown stains along with the draperies. The bathroom had white towel strings on the glass, and the garbage from the previous occupant was not emptied. however, the staff was incredibly inviting and helpful. There are many dining options in and around the hotel valet service was quick and efficient.
