Newly Renovated Norris Lake Home with Private Dock

Beautiful, comfortable home right on Norris Lake with private dock and hot tub only 45 minutes from Downtown Knoxville! Enjoy a quiet place to relax with friends and family while still being close to popular destinations such as Bubba Brews (10 minute car or boat ride). Large wrap around porch, back yard, and large, private dock allows for plenty of space for the whole family or group to enjoy sunshine and the beautiful lake. At the end of the day, enjoy a beautiful home with space for all. Please note that Norris Lake water levels change during the off season (early September through March/April). TVA begins dropping the water levels in early September and will begin refilling them in early spring. While we do everything we can to keep our dock floating as long as possible, during the winter months it will likely be landlocked. Our home is still water front during the winter but please know that water will be much more shallow. We allow friendly dogs at our home! Please be courteous to our neighbors as they do have dogs that roam freely. They are very friendly and may come to visit so if you or your dog is not ok with dogs, please be aware.
