Hotel was very handily situated in the town centre , clean with tea/coffee making facilities and had parking opposite (which is extra). The seagullls where very noisy .

Location was great for all amenities
Staff were friendly and helpful
Rooms are so stuffy it was hot and unpleasant to sleep windows only open 2 inches and the fans did very little to cool the room! Probably won’t use travelodhe again because it was so uncomfortable in the heat

This Travelodge building does not look like the photo. It has scaffolding over it & very dirty on the outside, which actually made it look like a derelict building. When you enter the building there is no greeting as the reception is on the 1st floor. Our room was terrible, the bed was visibly damaged, the duvet cover stained, one pillow per person & you can feel the springs in the mattress. There were holes in the walls, some you could see were badly patched up. The bathroom soap dispensers were empty & mold in places. The lights on headboard stopped working. This was a last thought booking as we was doing a day trip then decided to stay the night. My first & definitely last time at a Travelodge.

Friendly staff, clean and a good experience. Although some small outside noise at one point, which I only heard because I had the window open, but you are in the centre of town. I feel comfortable and safe, and have stayed several times.

Travelodge was clean & tidy but outside construction work until after midnight was disrupting, when we had done a 5 1/2 hr journey for a funeral & had a return journey the next day on a poor nights sleep.

Good clean & tidy Travelodge. Welcoming staff. Room was well kept and everything worked as it should. Car parking close by so no issues there. Easy walk to the beach and shops. Had a very pleasant stay - will return in the future

Will definitely be staying again !!! The atmosphere and staff were spot on. I’ve felt so welcomed and at peace it was lovely highly recommended overall the staff are what made our welcoming a 10/10
