호텔 보르고 델 마레 후기

사실 맛있다고 말하기는 어렵네요.. 개인적인 느낌은 오콕만.. 침대도 마음에 안들고, 아침식사도 마음에 안들어서(선택사항 없음).. 다른 손님들이 떠난 후 아침식사 장소는 청소가 안되어 있었어요. .. 인력이 부족할 수도 있겠네요..

Stayed here one night pre cruise used there airport pick up 60 dollars a person. No one was there, transport vehicle broke down, I called and someone picked us up 45mins later. very apologetic, we checked in, very small room, ac worked very cold shower nice and hot, wifi good inside hotel. Breakfast good when they ran out one of the workers quickly.made was was needed. Shuttle to port ( 10 dollars) in am was disorganized. We were told at 1145 Shuttle(5 dollars each) would take us, but he was full and didn't come back until 1230. Very apologetic again driver was very nice. Other passengers on Shuttle all helped us get in. The people that own and work here are very nice, the problem it is a very long walk to get something to eat or drink and taxis are scarce and charge a lot for short trips. We got there around 230-3pm. And no food was available until 7, we walked several miles and found a pizza place open. If your looking for a clean small place pre or post cruise and only want to stay at hotel everything will be fine here. But if you want to see the port area and go out, this isn't the place. Again, staff and owners very friendly helpful and speak English

This was a pre-cruise and post-cruise stay. The service was excellent, especially Alessandro, as well as the food. Very clean and comfortable room. Near the port. We recommend Hotel Borgo del Mare in Civitacecchia if you are sailing from this port.

Convenient location for a pre cruise night. Owners very kind and helpful. Restaurant dinner a bit pricey but ok, breakfast acceptable. Airport and cruise terminal transfers worked very well. Rooms were clean, but in dire need of a remodel. Acceptable for one night, no more.

We stayed over at this hotel before boarding our cruise around Italy. Pleasant hotel and friendly staff and the food was good also! Prices very reasonable and they provide a shuttle service to the harbour. Worth taking a taxi into the central area as there is not much around this hotel.

We spent one night here and loved it. It's a small botique hotel and is family owned. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the dock where we were leaving on a cruise. We took advantage of their airport shuttle service and it was perfect. The fee was very reasonable, the driver was waiting for us when we got our bags and the ride to the hotel was very pleasant. We also opted for the prepaid dinner option they offered and it was fabulous. Coffee was available at all hours and was excellent. The breakfast buffet was very good. They also had free shuttle to the dock in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

This is not a 4 star hotel -it would be hard pushed to get 2 stars. Firstly location ,it is not near the port or near any facilities ,unless you dont mind a long walk to get something to eat,which gets me to next topic ,the food in the hotel. It was disappointing, our evening meal was very poor & not worth the money charged for it ,meal was supposed to be for 2 ,there was barely enough for one ,we asked for a portion of fries ,which eventually came ,cold & again barely enough for one . The bed was uncomfortable as were the pillows so no good nights sleep for us . Breakfast -there were no cereal bowls ,there was a small bowl -more like a dipping bowl -so for cereal it held just over a spoonful of cereal !!! Overall not a good or pleasant stay ,would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel is clean and small. Staff (I think family run business) are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is sufficient. Close to bus stops to take you to the port or old city or train station. Federico the chef gives private tours which are amazing! He also will do cooking classes. No pool or gym. Rooms are small but sufficient for our short stay.

The took a taxi here from the train station and checked in. It was an older gentleman at the front desk and he invited us to breakfast and dinner at 7pm. The rooms are a bit outdated but decent. He is very hospitable and set us up with a shuttle for our cruise leaving in the morning. The food at dinner time was quite good. We had 2 set meals, tiramisu, 2 ice cream, and 2 large waters for $68 euro. The pasta was my favorite! This is a great place to stop over right before the cruise. So glad we booked here for our family of 4.

Stayed 2 nights. Transport from airport good. Check in good. Room reasonable for price. Food good and very nice breakfast. Lady doing dinner worked very hard for a full sitting. Staff friendly. Hotel does need a good fresh up and it’s a bit far from town too but would use again. Tranport to ship good.

We stayed one night before going to the port for a cruise, this is an older Hotel in need of a renovation. The bed was very hard like sleeping on the floor. Most restaurant's did not open until 19:30 and after traveling for 12 hrs we were just looking for a quick meal and bed. Breakfast was good a thankful surprise, we did not feel it was a good value and would not recommend, rooms were small, bathroom was clean but worn out.

We were going on a cruise and the location is fine for the port but that’s where the positives end ……, The overall look is shabby and in much need of an upgrade, everything is very very old The room was basic to say the least, the mattress was the hardest thing ever, I didn’t dare look under the sheet to check actual mattress. A very long night in an uncomfortable bed No tea/coffee making facilities which is my fault for not being aware but most hotels have this as standard practice these days Bathroom in much need of an upgrade, poor condition of shower unit, poor shower and very poor hairdryer Breakfast - basic to say the least!! Had to keep asking for the basics - milk for cereal, cups for coffee, bread for toaster etc etc. Overal a very poor experience and definitely will book another hotel for our next cruise

Do not stay here, it is a total shambles!! Management is absolutely hopeless. Complete lack of communication. Stayed here on business and would never stay here again! Wasted hours of my day due to management oversight… furious!
