I do recommend this hotel is very clean the staff are friendly and is close to the US consulate and is safe

The place is nice but some staff are a bit rude. I had a great experience and very nice facility

I really enjoyed the stay here at Mesaluna. The property is convenient for people doing there immigration consulate business because it's all in walking distance. The food at the property was delicious consistently good. The little store at the property was super convenient to have since they have all necessary basic necessities for sale like chips or toothpaste..etc. I really liked how safe the property was and it was really clean. Susy our housekeeper was always attentive, helping us out in anything we needed and was super polite.

Great Hotel with friendly staff and great location. Especially if going through consulate process. Not to mention breakfast is awesome

too tired to do anything, so bistro with simple food was perfect. On the other hand would have been nice for immediate option to request airport pickup - particularly since it was free.

This is a really good hotel to stay if you are doing immigration paperwork and anything to do with immigration hotel employees are very knowledgeable and professional. Everything is so close and walk distance to the American embassy I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Also they offer shuttle for no charge and assistance to any place you need to go they pick you up at the airport and take you at no charge . I had a good time at Mesaluna

The room was standard; it’s fine, but it was overpriced for the type of room they offered. The bathroom specially had a really old sink, the floor seem to be mopped with the dirty water since it was sticky. They only had two towels considering that the room sleeps 4 people, there was only the mirror from the bathroom and as we were there to attend to a wedding; Getting ready was a hustle having to share with 2 more people. When we went down to the lobby to eat we order food and it took 2 hours and a half for our food to be ready, the staff did not warned us about the extensive wait since they also do room service. The food was poor quality and it was all served in disposable plates like cafeteria style. Continental breakfast was more like lunch; they were serving spaghetti at 7am, and it would have been fine if they had more breakfast items to choose from. The fruit tasted like it has been in the fridge for at least a week. The only good thing was that they offered a shuttle to transport us to the wedding. The End.

The people is very nice, the place is so clean. Near to the consulate, and the places you need to go.
