우리는 좋은 숙박을했습니다. 우리 방 (305)은 매우 컸으며 큰 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 객실은 2019 년 마지막 숙박 이후 새 단장을 마쳤으며 크게 개선되었습니다. 옷장 구역은 충분한 저장 공간이 제공되었고 샤워 실은 컸습니다. 헤어 드라이어, 다리미 및 보드, 냉장고 및 커피 메이커를 포함한 공간과 편의 시설에 감사했습니다. TV 구역도 훌륭한 저장고를 갖추고 있으며 다양한 채널이 있습니다. 방에 대한 유일한 단점은 에어컨 소음이므로 실리콘 귀 플러그를 사용하여 잠을 잤습니다. 체육관을 제외한 많은 시설을 사용하지 않았습니다. 유감스럽게도 2 개의 달리는 기계가 모두 고장났습니다. 수영장은 매우 작으며 방이 내려다 보면 시끄러울 수 있습니다. 주차 공간이 충분하고 위치가 우수하며 Calabasas Commons (커피 숍, 레스토랑 및 상점이 많이있는 아름답고 조경 된 지역), Malibu 해변 (30 분 운전) 및 405 고속도로에 매우 편리합니다. 하우스 키핑 직원은 훌륭한 일을했으며 항상 복도에서 인사를했습니다. 로비에서 무료, 개별적으로 포장 된 쿠키는 맛있고 매우 환영하는 터치였습니다. 나는이 호텔에서 좋은 숙박을했으며 예약없이 친구들에게 추천 할 것입니다.

Overall really liked the hotel BUT when we arrived at 3pm for check-in, the room wasn’t ready. Was told to wait in the lobby and they would let me know when it was ready. Waited. Waited. Nobody ever approached us. At 3:45… Went to the front desk to ask status. “Who? What room? Let me check on that. No, sorry it is still not ready.” Waited. Waited. Nobody ever approached us. At 4:30… Went to the front desk to ask status. “Who? What room? Let me check on that. No, sorry it is still not ready.” Waited. Waited. Nobody ever approached us. At 5:00… Went to the front desk to ask status. “Who? What room? Let me check on that. Yes, it’s ready now. Let me make your keys for you.” I’d probably still be sitting in the lobby now weeks later if I hadn’t approached the front desk multiple times. Any compensation for this long delay? Nope. Filled out their survey when I received it by email. Any compensation offered then? Nope. Morale of the story: Throw a fit in the lobby, disturb all the other guests, and make a huge scene, THEN you will get some compensation for their shortfalls. Acting like a reasonable, understanding customer only gets you treated like a sucker. Suggestion to hotels in general: stop giving your worst customers your best treatment. If you drop the ball, there should be an standard chart of compensation automatically deducted from the bill without the customer even having to ask. Don’t make customers scream and yell to be treated fairly.

We were shocked by the positive reviews for this hotel. We arrived late at night. When we got off the elevator, there was a huge pile of vomit on the floor. We went down to the front desk to let the staff know. The desk agent said that he knew about the vomit, but didn't have anyone to clean it. He said he had a photo of it on his phone and would let the cleaning crew know as soon as they arrived. We went back up to our room. The entire hallway on our floor stank from the vomit and a pervasive smoke odor (despite having reserved a nonsmoking room). Our room was filthy. There was hair in the tub and the edges of the shower had pink fungus growing in there, which suggested that it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks or months. The room stank of smoke. The beds were hard as a rock, the safe in the closet had no batteries, so it was unusable. The drains in both the shower and the sink were clogged. We were disgusted, but so tired from traveling that we decided to sleep and switch rooms in the morning. When we got up the next day, the pile of vomit was still in the hallway. We went down to the lobby to alert the front desk that the vomit had not been cleaned. A new desk agent was there and he said that he knew that the vomit was there but his janitorial crew had only been in for a few hours and hadn't been able to clean it yet. A FEW HOURS??? It would seem that vomit in a public space would be the very first important thing to clean when the staff arrived in the morning. The desk agent literally couldn't care less that there was a public health issue that had been sitting there, unattended to, for over 14 hours. All things being equal, we decided not to eat the included breakfast. If the hotel staff can't be trusted to keep public spaces clean, how could we trust that food had been handled properly? This was the most revolting hotel stay we've ever experienced and we've stayed in some pretty questionable accommodations in far flung locations. We contacted Holiday Inn about our experience and never heard a word back.

Great stay! The staff is top notch at this beautiful boutique hotel. I had everything I needed for a perfect beach workcation. Rooms are large with a beautiful ocean view. WiFi in the rooms were strong with good download speeds. The property is located next to the pier and the sunrise and sunset views are not to be missed.. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant overlooking the ocean was delicious. Beach chairs, umbrella and food/drink service available. My only regret is not staying longer. Definitely recommend!

Great vibe. Lovely staff. Just a great overall, chill experience. Beautiful, simple rooms. Roof deck for dining really makes it. All the meals were wonderful. Great views of surfers. Ideal for a weekend trip. I am very happy I stayed at the Surfrider!

비즈니스 호텔. 넓고 깨끗하고 밝은 객실. 훌륭한 와이파이. 아름다운 야외 공간. 실내 스파가있는 대형 체육관. 로비의 스타 벅스는 6AM에서 6PM까지 열렸습니다. 괜찮은 음식 제공이있는 친절한 바 지역. 비즈니스 행사 / 회의에서의 음식은 매우 좋았습니다. 세심하고 친절한 직원. 11AM에 레스토랑이 문을 닫고 저녁 식사까지 열지 않는다는 것은 부정적인 것입니다. 호텔에서 일하는 경우 스타 벅스 샌드위치를 선택하지 않으면 점심을 먹을 수 없습니다.
