이 호텔은 고전적입니다! 침실로 통하는 프랑스 문, 실제 발코니, 거대한 욕실, 커피 테이블이 있는 소파! 우리는 여기서 훌륭한 경험을 했습니다! 더 많은 가족/친구가 있다면 머피스 침대도 내장되어 있습니다! Kory는 프론트 데스크에서 훌륭했고 매우 전문적이었고 우리가 필요한 모든 것을 도와주었습니다! 아침 식사는 훌륭했고 매우 멋진 바도 있었습니다. Kory에게 감사하고 즐거운 시간을 보내주신 모든 분들께 감사드립니다. 페리미터 지역을 방문하는 모든 사람에게 확실히 추천합니다!

Ashlee was helpful and professional she always has a smile and great customer service she doesn’t mind getting my xtra sheets and pillows she even always says if there is anything you need lets us know and never forgets to say thanks for being a titanium member

나는 최근에 쉐라톤 애틀랜타 페리미터 노스 호텔에 11박을 묵었습니다. 전반적으로 숙박은 만족 스러웠으며 그곳에 머무는 동안 큰 문제는 발생하지 않았습니다. 나는 하루 종일 호텔에서 나왔고 모든 것이 순서대로 된 것 같았습니다. 그러나 나는 마지막 날에 매우 실망스러운 경험을했습니다. 나는 일찍 비행기를 타야했기 때문에 오전 5시 30 분에 모닝콜을 요청했습니다. 불행히도 호텔은 약속대로 모닝콜을 제공하지 못했습니다. 특히 여행을 준비할 때 적시에 알림이 중요하기 때문에 이것은 심각한 불편이었습니다. 내 체류는 대부분 즐거웠지만이 서비스의 실패는 부정적인 인상을 남겼습니다. 모닝콜과 같은 세부 사항에주의를 기울이는 것은 환대 산업에서 필수적이며 호텔이 개선을 위해 조치를 취하기를 바랍니다.

호텔 직원이 너무 친절하여 만나는 사람마다 다들 인사하며 안부를 묻습니다. 다만 아침 식사 메뉴가 한정되어 있어 오랫동안 머무르는 손님은 조식이 지겨울 수가 있네요. 맛은 좋아요

Awesome service! Jermaine was quick and efficient in pulling my car around. This was the best valet service that I’ve ever received. The entire staff was nice and friendly. It truly made my stay a welcoming experience. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I am normally not overly picky when it comes to hotels, but I would not stay here again. Reserved two queen rooms, requested adjoining and if not, at least next to each other as I was traveling with 5 teenage boys for a camp. Arrived at the hotel at 8pm to be told they were double/over booked so one room had to be a king. They were not adjoining, nor next to each other. The sofabed in the king room smelled so bad of urine that I almost gagged when I opened it up. The bathroom is in serious need of repair, the carpet is gross and sticky. All 5 boys had to sleep in the queen room which was tight. They “compensated” me at check in for the unavailability of the rooms we booked, by giving me the king room rate of $20 less. I was told they can’t do anything about the reservation system as “they allow the central reservation system to overbook rooms.” What??? Meanwhile my husband had booked this room and as the front desk was telling me there were not two queen rooms available as we had booked, he was on the phone with a woman who told him, no there are two available. I said this to the front desk male who said, you see me standing here talking to you, there is no woman here. I called the front desk later that evening after opening the sofabed and was told I could call back and talk to a manger between 10-2 the next day. Anxiously waiting to hear what he/she has to say. Really quite unacceptable. Additionally we tried to use the laundry facilities. Small with just two washers and two dryers. Only takes quarters as expected but no change machine and front desk had zero change. Breakfast left a bit to be desired. Very small and not well prepared for the amount of people. Location was good for what we needed. Right next door to a Walgreens and next to that is an Einstein Bagels…both walkable. Area seemed nice and safe but once we got to the hotel, we didn’t leave until checkout. Beds were ok but nothing great.

Macy's와 슈퍼마켓은 운전 중입니다. 간단히 말해서, 빌리지 않고 가격이 매우 좋으며 머물 것입니다.

The suites/rooms are modern and include a full washer and dryer. This is truly rare to have in a suite, but very beneficial when needed. The general manager, Benisa, and her team of employees, Bruk, Sonda, Chris, Andre, Natasha, Arnesi, Lauren, housekeeping, etc… are all kind and professional. Benisa helped with requests that I needed without hesitation. For me, it is about the level of customer service, so I will always recommend the Waterwalk Atlanta Perimeter to others who want a great extended stay or are just visiting!
