Super friendly staff. Room is spotless with soft fluffy towels, comfy bed. High end Crabtree amenities in bathroom, Kerrigan coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. We stayed in room 460 with lake view balcony. Could watch ducks and listen to Loons call. Highly recommend

Came into Bemidji on a very busy weekend as this was the only room left in the whole town. WOW were my family and I impressed and surprised with this hotel!! Right on the beach!! You can swim in the lake or in the pool-which by the way is amazing, especially the kiddie pool! They also offer an indoor/outdoor hot tub which is fantastic to sit in watching the sunrise! Kayak's and paddle boats are available. The Green Mill was extremely tasty!! Wonderful food, service, and all around experience! They have an outdoor patio to dine as well as ”Boat side to go” if you are in a boat you can simply pull up and they will bring your food out to you! I think I enjoyed myself more than my kids!! They loved the pool! I loved the room with the lake view! Can't say enough about this hotel-the breakfast was great, everything was amazing like a dream-we had a blast!!! Highly recommend!

The double queen room we stayed in was surprisingly large, and exceptionally quiet considering the number of other guests, kids and the fact that we were not far from the pool and front desk. It's also convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping, while not being far from downtown or Lake Itasca State Park, which was our reason for being in the area. This was a great ”home base” for a couple of days in the area.

We stayed in a pet-friendly room for one night. The carpet was wet even though the aircon was on and the curtains were musty. Room definitely needed a deep clean, otherwise everything was functional for a one night stay. Pool and hot tub are outdated with some cracks but was pleasant for a quick dip. Locals seem to hang around and the sidewalks/parking lot need some maintenance. Alot of garbage outside. Another occupant of our room was charged a substantial amount instead of the $20 pet fee. I wouldn't stay here again due to poor room condition and the overcharge.

The beds were good and slept very well. There was a good hot shower. The WIFI was adequate for personal use. The breakfast included cereal, milk, cheesy eggs, sausage and yogurt. There was enough seating for those eating. The check in process was quick and without problems. No elevator and there are 14 steep steps to the second floor.
