'I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback regarding my experience.
Firstly, I must commend the quality of the hotel room itself. It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for my stay. The amenities and facilities within the room met my expectations, and the overall ambiance contributed to a relaxing atmosphere.
However, I encountered an issue with the water supply in the room. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold.
This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Despite this issue, I would consider staying at your hotel again, given the positive aspects of my visit.

'I have booked this hotel for our staff who has a business trip at Bintulu. This is one of the our staff favorite hotel when they have a job at Bintulu. The hotel was so clean and comfortable. Surrounded by food center, laundry and groceries shop. Their staff also friendly and help full. So far I never received any bad feedback from our staff. Most of them like this hotel so dar.'

'A decent boutique hotel with restaurant attached. It requires own transport due location is bit out from town. Personally find the bathroom size small. Mattress is firm enough because it doesn't cause me backache the next day..lol overall is good.'

'이 객실은 빈툴루에서 동쪽으로 50km 떨어진 곳에 위치해 있습니다. 택시 요금은 RM150이고 택시 앱은 RM110-150을 청구합니다. 대부분의 택시 운전사는 중국인이며 직접 소통이 가능합니다. 객실요금을 프런트 데스크에 직접 지불하는 것이 더 저렴합니다. 휴대폰으로는 결제할 수 없으며, VISA 카드나 현금을 사용해야 합니다. 후이 무슬림 툴루 차량을 구하는 것은 어렵다. 차 없이 여행하기는 어려우니, 여행하실 때는 수영복을 꼭 챙겨오세요.'

익익명 사용자This is 1st time check in at Bintulu Town. So far this properties is good & middle of town. For facilities & amenities okay. Just comment the staff when request the thing quite late respond & have to call 2 3 times to double check again. For cafe, need to add on staff or help staff at cafe to make sure food enough for breakfast.

리리뷰어총 6개 층이 있으며, 동쪽과 서쪽을 향하고 있습니다. 동쪽을 향한 객실은 거리를 향하고 있으므로 약간의 교통 소음이 있습니다. 서쪽을 향한 객실은 주변에 나무들이 있고, 저 멀리 강어귀도 보이기 때문에 객실이 매우 조용합니다. 7층에 있는 '루프탑' 레스토랑이 정말 좋아요. 멀리 바다 위로 지는 해를 바라보며 저녁 식사를 하는 것은 매우 즐겁습니다. 레스토랑의 음식도 훌륭하고, 특히 사라왁 현지 요리는 정말 맛있어요!

II FattahThis hotel has passed it’s prime. Suitable for budget travelers only. The front office staff were helpful. Breakfast is very simple but cold without any food warmers to keep food warm and the service was very poor.
I had to stay an additional night and checking Trip.com no room was available; had to book through the hotel directly but they couldn’t give me the receipt after making the payment, had to wait until the next day. A very unusual practice.

The facilities at Wiwo Hotel are outstanding. The fitness center is well-maintained, with all the equipment you could need for a good workout. The pool area is a true gem, offering a relaxing space to unwind, complete with comfortable loungers and a serene ambiance. The hotel's dining options are also excellent, with a restaurant that serves a delicious variety of dishes, catering to different palates.
As for the room, it was simply superb. The space was spotless, elegantly decorated, and designed with comfort in mind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep, and the high-quality linens were a lovely touch. The room was equipped with all the modern amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked minibar.
The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, featuring a large shower, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I also loved the attention to detail, such as the complimentary coffee and tea, as well as the thoughtful layout that made the room feel both cozy and functional.
One of the best parts of my stay was the stunning view from my room, which overlooked the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. It was the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Overall, Wiwo Hotel exceeded all my expectations with its top-notch facilities and beautifully appointed rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay, and I look forward to returning on my next visit.
